I don't know where the appropriate place to put this post but it falls into many categories. Lock poker is the most poorly run and operated site I have ever seen. It is unbelievable they operate at this level. First of all they have come leaps and strides with there amazing mac software, great software looks like it came off a floppy disk from my 5th grade computer class. I have emailed them multiple times with no responses, completely ignored . They have cheated me out of money not giving me cash back on casino loses. They operate like this, sometimes your cash back is instant and other times non existent. I email about it and nothing or they will put a couple dollars in my casino not matching what they advertise. Mostly 25 percent and at late hours 30 percent is there cash back promotion. Lock stated you have to lose the entire balance in the casino for cash back. I have done that multiple times with Zero dollars given back. I emailed them also about questions relating to their new software. For example, where is my bonus status located or options on the new skin. Like how to stop the ridiculous clapping after you win a pot.. They not only beat me for money but completely ignore emails. I mean I have never seen a more poorly run site. There software is supposed to be improving but for now for mac users it is atrocious. Also there lack of communication is unacceptable and rude. This is how they think a site should be operated. Its disgusting....... Sorry for spelling and grammar just honestly steamed.

I mistake and deposit money via WU 10 days ago. I got nothing in my account and all my e-mail never get any answer. Should look at the forum before i deposit to know that they don't care about the clients. I am sad to see that many others have problem with LOCK. It's so annoyed thate there is no customer service at all. I am going to move to BCP soon. This guys are craps.
The american market is so big and need decent good network to play.
This network lose the chance to lead it. Why pokerstar is the only site and we can't play there.

Not a good time to make deposits man, try another site. I have two bunk checks for 6,000 combined and haven't heard from support in a week. Some really f'ed up stuff going on at lock.

I am pretty fed up with online poker in the US in general right now. You guys that do this for a living must be close to your head exploding. It is fricking amateur hour. How hard is it to release software that mostly works. Tilt released Rush poker, a completely new format that had never been tried and they managed to get it to work. If I did not despise live poker so much I sit out until we got some real poker sites in the US.

I haven't been unable to register for MTT's until tonight... Didn't realize this was a big problem until I went through these threads again. What a gift in the guaranteed tourneys right now for people who can register.

For instance, the $1500 GTD (1$ buyin) only has 63 entrants 35 minutes after the start, lol.... FREE MONEY for those lucky few!!! Lock really dropping the ball, but I guess they are the ones losing money on the guar. tourneys - unless of course it is all people affiliated with the site who get to register and have at that cash, which wouldn't surprise me.... Thanks lock.

Came home to play, but should of gone to the bar with my buddy. Was staying patient & trying not to jump on the '**** lock' and 'can't wait for the backlash once US allows poker' bandwagons, etc, but I will leave lock as soon as I can now, unless lock figures out a way to compensate players (ie some INCREDIBLE rewards program for a few months or something) for all the money being lost due to this crap software, freezing, denial of registrations, fu**ed up rake back, etc.

I've played with you bud and seen you do well. It's unfortunate that these sites have gotten difficult like this but it's US Poker @ it's best right now.

Certain cash tables never load when I open them. (They stall on the "Connecting..." dialog box.)

THE MAC POKER CLIENT IS AN EXE PROGRAM -- OBVIOUSLY NOT MAC!! I have submitted numerous complaints to C/S and receive the most inane and stupid replies from them. WTF is going on here??????

I cleaned my libraries and caches manually to make sure it was all gone, downloaded again, and the version that is being sent is Version1 and contains .exe files! I would show the screen shot, but cannot paste an image in here!! Customer service has been of NO use in this.

I logged on to Lock and received a message that said the site was exsperiencing issues with the lobby. That all tourneys were cancelled and refunded. I have not been unfortunate enough to play at Lock since the move to Revolution/Cake. I am sure now that I will wait till they roll out something better.

Cash games are working fine.

Sng's lobby's are rejuvelating hard, but it's fine as well. Ppl should stop complaining about every little piece of crap that happens and be happy with the real good promotions that lock are offering.

Have no advice buddy. Just got f*cked in a MTT , froze, then logged off. If anything, you're probably lucky u can't play right now. It's a f*cking joke.

WOW. I can;t wait til you are in a HU situation and freeze up with most of your stack in the pot (sng, mtt or cash). You dumb ****.
