I've already install/uninstall LOCKPOKERSetup2.0.1.4548 many times, also tried LOCKPOKERSetup2.0.1.4577.
All I get is a small grey window on for about 5 seconds, then it shuts down. (Win XP SP3 32bit)
Any fixes??

I was able to get the program to start on my Win7, but when I tried to log in, "Username is already taken". I've already reset my pw. I didn't want to create a new username til I find out what to do.
Do I have to re-register? Did I lose the cash in my account?? (Win7)

any help would be appreciated!

1. I have. They...ummm, deliver it thru western union. lol

2. Yeh, hand history freezes up the client for me too.

I'm having an issue of the client freezing up every so often. It often happens when it's my turn to act on multiple tables and sometimes it will freeze and time and sit me out. It can be very frustrating. It's not really a problem with lag because the client really doesn't lag when multi-tabling. I almost rather have it lag then freeze up. There's a difference. Lag will just make the client slow to react but still functional. Sometimes the merge client will do this. It'll lag but rarely freeze up. The Lock client is the opposite. It doesn't really lag, but it'll freeze on you. When this happens, it's unresponsive and it will freeze up for like 20 seconds and I'll almost time out on many hands and have 2 seconds to make a decision regarding my hand. What's the deal? This will happen maybe every ten minutes or so when 8 tabling or more.

I wasn't clear about Western Union. I meant, do they mail you a check or money order when you withdraw funds from Lock using their service, or do you have to go in person to their offices to pick it up.

U have to go in person. Online wu doesn't work for deposits and I'm guessing online wu doesn't work for poker cashouts as well. It's really easy a d simple. U just fill out a short form in wu. The only issue is how long it takes lock to process he cashouts now that they are on revolution (before the move to revolution I cashout three times through wu and it took less than a week each time)

Minor Bug:

If you look at table Liverpool (rightmost column, third from the top), you will notice that I am playing a $3/$6 game; however, the number of chips (one red, three blue) in the big blind is $8. Once the flop comes, the software fixes itself, showing the correct number of chips in the pot. This is a small bug that seems to happen quite often. Needless to say, it can be quite confusing for a second when it happens on multiple tables, especially if you play a wide range of stakes.

Use it to buy into certain tournies or sell it on the cake marketplace within the cake client (most sell for pennies though)

I am experiencing this same issue. I had a guy bet into me on the river in a 3bet pot while holding the nut boat and I timed out... They could at least implement some sort of disconnect timebank. It happens at least once every 30 minutes. Any suggestions?

So I have a mac and a pc and I can't even get on the site on either. On my pc, my firewall allows Lock and I am connected to the internet but I get the following message. What else could be wrong? The popup states, "A connection could not be established at this time. Please check your internet connection, firewall settings and access permissions. Try again?

Details: Exception A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 200.26.205.63:8148"

On my mac, i uninstalled/reinstalled and followed the directions in this thread by accessing the library and all I get when I click on Lock is a frozen blank box. Anyone have any idea what's wrong? Pretty frustrated that I can't even access the site from both of my computers.

Getting an error message when i try to withdraw right after i enter the amount. Also getting an error code if i try to deposit. Please advise.

Not sure if the cash back payments are automated -- I assume they are sine it's supposed to be paid hourly. If so, there's possibly a glitch in the script/system because one of my credits yesterday was wrong (2012-06-09 18:15 EST). The two subsequent credits I received were correct. Not a big amount but wanted to let you know.

GETTING SCREWED BY LOCK

So the past few months I had a good run on Lock, winning a maximus tourney and a high roller tourney, and have made a series of 3,000 (max) withdrawals. The first one took a while, but worked fine.

Last week I deposited my second check and all seemed well at the bank, until two days later my checking acct is -800 and the check bounced on me. Now, this was a huge surprise because I never had a check bounce on me in general, especially one from a large company.

I thought it may have had to do with the transition to revolution gaming from merge, but all the cashier has remained the same.

Sent support 4 emails in the past 4 days, NO response. Nothing. Not sure what to do, extremely disappointed in Lock for both not having funds in their checking acct (how does this happen?) and ignoring a loyal customer's inquiry 4 days in a row.

Lock Poker doesnt respond to emails....I have sent more 20 emails in the past two weeks and they will not respond to me....I have my cash at their site and I can't access it at all and the so called "support" wont ***** help!!!!

Yeah, similar issue for me... I've sent them few email in the past days... no reply at all. I live in Spain and now I can't access the cashier and I would like to know if I'll be able at some point to cash out. Uhm..

I've had the software crash multiple times today. It crashed after sending me a message about late-registering for a tournament, and then when I started it back up it crashed again. Kind of hard to play when that's happening.

I think some of the tournament lobbies are displaying incorrect information. I'm in some that are saying no players are left and only top 3 are getting paid.

edit: confirmed, tournament 1122557 among others is not updating the lobby with accurate/current information about # of players, places paid, etc. kind of hard to play a tournament in the dark.

I emailed & its been over 7 days & no reply ....
I simply Cant get Lock to even start ....
I run windows vista 64 , I updated everything I can think of.. java , windows .. I Dont have a antivirus running or a pop up blocker.
any ideas on what the issue is ? Shane at lock poker said he would get back to me instantly or the very next day but he has not in over a week....
please help ...!?

Can't access the cashier

Tried resetting password and restarting the software twice but cashier is currently inaccessible.

I can access the admin, just not the cashier.

Not sure if it is just a security check or a software glitch.

Known issue? Any fix to this?

I was tempted to give Lock a try after the fiasco at Merge. I emailed Lock support 4 days ago with the simple question of whether I was tracked correctly to rakeback. They have not bothered to reply. I guess I will not be trying Lock after all.

My question is did they change the rng? Something has changed drastically at the site. More 1-3 outers since Tuesday than all my time playing before on Cake. Seems odd since I know of a handful of Cake grinders that have lost most of our br's since Tuesday.
Let the insults begin.

I finished 4th in this and still have no idea how much I won.

Why doesn't support respond to this thread? Lock has really been unresponsive on this switch and it's really disappointing.

True but I was doing fine at Cake. I realize that I have to adjust to 9 handed. That being said I would like to know about the RNG. Is there a thread for that?
