You mean Carbon Poker correct? Not ALL of Merge is having problems. Thats my understanding anyway. Also, Merge's customer service responds to you. They do not completely ignore you while you are having drastic problems.

Get rid of 'Take My Seat' button. No use for it.
Implement T$
Single click 'All-in' button like Merge had
Color-coded mtt lobby, not just bold, regular, green, and red/brown
Have the 'Advanced Filter' settings actually save please
Auto-rebuys and add-ons in MTTs

Just a few off the top of my head.

Is there a way to get the Advanced Filter to remember my settings? Along those same lines, does the software not remember my table arrangement? When I log out then log back in it all goes back to the orignal settings.

when multi-tabling ( on a mac) and the table with the most current action comes up. It's not actually selecting the window. So you actually have to click the window and then check,fold,raise. It makes multitabling pretty annoying when you have to double click every window.this needs to get fixed

rebuy button needs to be fixed. when you click rebuy and another table pops up you lose the rebuy pop-up when you go back to the original table.....it falls all the way behind everything else infront of it (tables/lobby)

What are the options/fees for withdrawing from Lock? I can't seem to find any information on either your website or the client.

Hello Lock Support, The new software seems to be loading things very slowly for me. The old software would highlight things immediately in the lobby when you click on them and in general seemed a lot faster in terms of response time. On the new software when I click on a game in the tournament lobby it takes 5 seconds or longer to actually highlight what I clicked and bring it up. Likewise, when I am on the tables and click the fold, call, or raise buttons it takes a few seconds before the software recognizes it and responds to the click. Is this a problem for everyone or is there something I might be able to do about it??? Thanks in advance for your help.

I played a long session of cashgames today and am missing hundreds from my account. Is anyone else having this problem. Really worried about my money.

+1 (Or even bolding them would be great, too.)

It's super annoying to have to click on nearly every table just to find the 1 or 2 you're not on.

More suggestions:

-Wait List for any table at certain stake (They have this now, but it does not seem to work)
-Wait List for more than 8 tables
-Deal It Twice Option for 1/2+

I would like to see the return of the customizable grid. I really dug the 3x3 or 3x3 options. Also, I can't get a game to go full screen for the life of me. Does anyone know a good resolution for the revolution? I'm using 1440x900 on a laptop. I still enjoy Lock poker and intend to stay loyal during these growing pains. Good luck.

I can deal with the rest, but the bolded part is going to drive me back to Merge 6.0 as soon as an update for HEM1 is released. How hard can this be to implement, honestly?

Was playing 2 tables of HU after falling below 100bb on one of the tables a screen would come up saying generic error. Was only happening on the table with 80bb like it was happening when it was trying to reload. We changed out that table and it went away

Hello everyone, this is my first message and I apologize if I use the popularity of this forum to try to reach Lock Poker customer support, which failed to reply to my emails until now.

I am a player from Spain and according to our legislation we cannot play anymore on .com since June 5th. The previous days to this D-day I tried to log in into my Lock Poker account, but an update was asked. I had some issue with that, wrote to support and received a standard reply. Nothing seriuos until then.

Anyway, I sorted out that issue by myself and then tried to log in at least to cash out, but with my big surprise I couldn't either log in into the poker client AND the casher (which has different links on the client)...

Since then I wrote twice to the support but I haven't received any answer... how should I manage this? I haven't a big amount on my account but still few hundreds bucks I would love to have back.

I am already within the people who never get their money back from Full Tilt, should I expect the same end with Lock Poker as well?

Thanks in advance for you advice, I don't know what to do from here in Spain.

Two questions for all of you since I can't get responses from Lock support:

1) Has anyone successfully used the Western Union option to withdraw funds from Lock, and if so, how do they deliver the funds to you?

2) Is anyone else having problems with the Hand History feature of the new software? It often freezes and disconnects me when I use it? Any suggestions?
