Any update on when Lock will be working on Mac??? Sure I'm not the only one who is very frustrated not being able to play, and considering moving to a different site.

The funny in a not so haha kind of way is Merge just did a major software upgrade and it doesn't work either. 10 years of online poker and it has never been worse

Didn't see any thread about this but are you guys working on the tournament lobbys? This is one of the most frustrating things ever. The lobby for the tournys is all screwed up. You can't see how many people are left how much any of the places get paid all say 0 or even how many places get paid says 3 though its much more. PLEASE get on this asap like right now. This is extremely bad for lock poker.

I have downloaded lock poker before on my mac but then deleted it. Now Im trying to download it again and it will not work. Can you help me out to fix this problem.

Going on 4 days since the last reply from support, even with attempts of emailing Shane multiple times.

How is this acceptable in anyway?

The 10k GTD Sat Steps. The 1st day I think it was that Revolution started, I started @ Level 1 for $0.30 and then turned it to a $65 Level 4 ticket. The issue is, I had no idea this was for the WSOP ME, as it is not clearly stated, and I couldn't even make it even if I satted for $0.30, so now I would expect a refund in tickets of my choice of same value.

Sorry to rant here, but I haven't heard from support in 4 days. Yes I checked my spam folder, I know your busy, but no reason for 4+ days of silence. Unacceptable

this this this. its hilarious having to guess how many ppl are left and when the bubble will be. i cant believe that we pay money to play on this software. i miss you PS. please buy your way out of your legal troubles and come back to me

Normally there is an admin tab, but it's currently not there. Supposed to be up and working soon.

I thought the move was on the 5th and failed to dump money back to merge account in time. I was already suspicious and now am 99% certain of what is going on. They've ignored my emails and voicemails for a week and have an emergency contact number (347-901-5184) that goes to a disconnected cingular cell phone in New York that even google cant associate with Lock. Consulted with large companies for years and this is the move---- Lock got paid off behind the scenes to leave Merge, buy Cake, destroy them both so that Merge can gain more market share. Mark my words... "your money is not safe at all- take it all off if possible- sell it- dump it- do whatever you can. Lock will soon go poof into he night and Lock Poker CEO Jennifer Larson will be in moui sipping pinacoladas" Lock is the scum of the earth and should burn in hell. Good luck Ps i got half the money off after getting robbed for $75 and am waiting for the other half. FIRED UP - F-Lock 4 life.

I cant get over how sane you all sound. I'm about ready to destroy the first person I see because of what Lock is doing to us and you are all having conversations. KUDOS on keeping it together.

The more I think about it...it tells me a lot about the corporate mentality of Lock Poker. When things are as bad as they are right now. As well as customer service being inexcusably dreadful as they are being at this point, and to have someone who is obviously associated with Lock (this guy) to make a comment like they are doing us a favor? How arrogant. Need I remind you that Merge still services USA players. Not to mention that after this chain of events, Merge might have more players than Revolution because of this. Lock has hurt themselves. Also, regulation is 12 to 18 months away here in America. I PROMISE you, that the players that do stay with Lock Poker through this, will leave them when other poker rooms open up to US players. We don't forget garbage like this. Lock's day are numbered. To think, all they had to do was respond to emails and say they are aware and working on it. Instead..it's on the verge of corporate suicide.
