I'll give Lock to the end of the week to fix all of these problems, and if they are not fixed i am going to withdrawl every penny i have on the site. More and likely if i have to do that i will not deposit again. I'll stick it out with Merge.

I love when I lose my stack UTG and have to sit out BB and SB because Locks skin won't reload fast enough. Also, super awesome when the software posts my SB and BB from the CO even though I have wait for BB checked.

Fix the RELOAD option. Works only part of the time and when it doesn't it completely ****s people over.

Really getting annoying everytime I leave the ring games I'm playing to take a break to eat that it doesn't show back up in my account. I've had to wait up to an hour and a half for it to come back and don't know for sure if it is correct everytime. I don't think a couple of husngs I played today showed up either in my account. I just got some money in my vault and have no idea where it came from. Is this rakeback? If it is it's really short. No idea what it is for.

Just checked my vault again and there is now more money in there? Seems like maybe they are adding to it a little a time, but I don't know what it is for. All the sudden 12 tables show up on my computer with me sitting out. These are games I left around 45 mins ago. When I hover my mouse over my name at the table they all show I have a balance on them.

Looks like major network issues this AM.
Everything worked great for me over the weekend, but this morning the software/network is very laggy and I experienced the failed-auto-rebuy for the first time.

Others in chat verified that they where experiencing the lagging too.

There where about 9 or 10 tables at the level I was playing when I logged in, now there are only 2 after jut 10 minutes or so. Seems like everyone just gave up.

I'm on Cake BTW.

Failed Rebuy thing has been an issue on cake for awhile. It happened 1 in 25 times or so last month. Since I switched to lock it seems to happen about 1 in 3 times.

OMG!!! This is getting ridiculous. This morning I log on and can't seem to register for anything. The software is lagging relentlessly, and now I'm not sure I want to even attempt registering for a tournament or SNG in fear that it may freeze and/or lag costing me a buy-in.

I'm starting to believe that Lock Poker doesn't even read these forum posts. How 'bout a quick reply of "hey guys we're super busy...we see what you guys are posting and are working on it right away." I can't even get a confirmation e-mail from support after 3 days of writing.

I think that time is rapidly approaching. The time where I choose a different site and take my money there.

I have to close and re-open my cash tables at least once per day because it just freezes up. Also, for the first time, today I had to start clicking each action 3-5 times to do it(guessing it's some type of lag as it was for only like the last 10 min of my session), then quit and posted this.

Are these problems happening to almost every player? I was thinking about joining lock poker, but if there are so many problems with the software atm it's best to maybe wait...

Hey Shane or Rizen will our tournament tickets transfer over from the old Lock? I had a 109$ ticket and can't seem to find it.

Tourney tickets are getting converted to VIP points so you can use them to enter tourneys or cash them out.

Will happen in the next couple of days its in the list of things they are working on to get done by Friday.

Has anyone else with a MAC been able to download the software? Use Lock Poker at all???? It has now been a week (almost), and customer service has not responded to one of my 16 emails. The software still will to install on my Apple computer. You would think with what happened at Full Tilt Poker, they would at least offer some decent customer service. People have money at they're site...yet you can't even look at your money, you can not play, the company completely ignores you for a week, you can not even take your cash out of you wanted to!!!! Well, for some of us anyway. This is really going to far. Once regulation happens here in the USA (eventually it will), this could be the incident that puts them at the bottom and not able to compete with the new companies that pop up here.

Another issue. I can transfer $$ to the Casino but can't transfer $$ from the Casino to Poker....

Thank you Lock for acknowledging problems. We understand this was a massive move, and there are proly a whole lot of people not sleeping much right now. Saying nothing and ignoring everything however was not cool.

Just for clarification. I got an email that said trny tickets will be replaced, but you are saying they will be converted to VPP's. Which is it. I personally would rather be able to cash them in personally.
