Left 2 ring games approximately half hour ago. Money from the tables isn't in my account. Have tried re-starting software/clearing cache. Nothing.

Same, I was in 10 ring games and none of money made it back into my account. Over 1/2 hour currently.

Ok, i've read all of the missing money from cashier posts, but it hasn't happened to me yet......until just now. Just left a table, and my money is not credited back to my account. I WAS going to go to another table seeing how that table broke. And get this, Even though there are no players sitting at the table i just left, this 6-max table, in the lobby says that it is full with three players on the waiting list. The player list on the right side of the lobby says that there are 27 people sitting at the table, including myself with less money than i actually left with. WTF Lock!!! This has got to be the biggest unprofessional run failure and joke that i've ever seen. You should've stayed on Merge while working out these kinks before making this switch. I will NOT take another dime out of my vault to play with until this is fixed. My playing balance will remain at $0 until i get my money back in my account. Meanwhile, i will be playing on Merge until you, Lock, can get it together and at least let us know wtf is going on!

Ok Just got $11 credited back for an unsuccessful attempt to register for a tourney. Now if I can get the ~400 back from my last ring game session... Of course after reading other posts others have much more unaccounted for than I do. I just hope it gets fixed soon.

same here. I just left 12 tables. Checked the cashier as I usually do and all the money is gone that I played with? Kept rechecking it to see if it was delayed or maybe it would show up after logging off and back on. Still not there. I can't even try to grind up points if I want to. Kind of sucks not having a clue how many points, rakeback, and where you are in ronin on top of my monies being gone. I almost don't even want to email support. I just got an email from them today from over a week ago. It didn't even answer the question I was asking them about.

My money vanished into thin air after ending a session. I stopped playing over 30 minutes ago and my money hasn't been credited back to my account. I thought shane said this was fixed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I registered for 3 heads up sit and go tournaments: 2 for the amount of $33.5 + $1.42 and 1 for the amount of $3.40 + $0.10 and then unregistered all 3 of them but my money did not get back into my account!

What happened to my money?
I am positive that I unregistered but my balance is deducted anyway!

I keep getting disconnected from site in tourneys every hour or so. sometimes 2 min,5,10min pretty annoying sense you only start with 2k. i see other players also disconnect and then come back after awhile.

Thanks for the replies to my last post - Glad to see I'm not the only one having problems (well, not glad, but you know what I mean). Before the software change support was generally pretty responsive, so hoepfully they are just backlogged with issues and will respond soon. I just joined the site a couple weeks back, won a tourney, and requested a withdrawal to make sure I received it and was comfortable with the site going forward in terms of getting paid (a la Stars back in the day). So far, I'm not feeling very comfortable. As for the software, I thought the Merge software was great; the current software is a definite downgrade; even simple things like the graphics and the way the flop is laid out are less than impressive.

THIS happened for few hours yesterday YOU WILL GET YOUR MONEY BACK im "assuming and hoping" right now there updating ronin/bonuses ect i do think they should offer some kind of extra bonus for everyone or freeroll for our inconvenience later on

yep, i still have some money missing from cash games. not sure if i got paid for a tournament cash either.

I got my money back, Yay! we just need to be a bit patient.
Every new system has its own imperfections, it takes time for them. Let's be a bit loyal to Lock.

Have a problem, was playing a couple of ring tables, and after finishing my session I've noticed that some money was missing from my account.
I've verified a couple of times with Pokertracker to see my profit for the day.
It seems pretty weird.

Don't worry, the same happened to me but the money got back into my account in less than 45 min. Just be a bit patient

Be patient? Is this what has become of the US poker community? For over 9 years poker sites instantly credit your account upon leaving / de-registering and now lock can't? If this was pre-black friday everyone would have torches looking to storm the Lock Castle

Cake table continues to take focus even when clicking out of the table. Sucks when multi-tabling with other sites.

I am with you, this site is not even the same quality of internet poker 5 years ago. It is darn near unplayable. I am waiting on an answer of where my 700 bucks worth of trny tickets are.

At least you guys actually have the software. IT WON'T OPEN ON MY COMPUTER AT ALL!. I have tried everything. Deleted several times, and re-downloaded. Same thing every time. I have sent 9 emails now since Thursday. No response at all. I have not even been able to see the new software. Hey Lock...here's my problem AGAIN, in case someone fromLock Poker reads this thread (which I doubt). Its going to take a lot for me to stay with Lock after this.
OK...Thursday,When I opened my lock software it says you need to upgrade (expected) . I do. I open software click upgrade. Afterwards, it says restart, so I do. Then when I start the new software wanting to play for the first time, I get an error message thats SAYS.....Lock Poker has encountered a serious problem an needs to close..BLAH BLAH BLAH. After several attempts and the same error message EVERY TIME, I delete the software completely and re-download from the lockpoker.eu site (expecting to possibly have to upgrade again), this time, soon as it installs and launches...BOOM.., THE SAME ERROR MESSAGE POPS UP INSTANTLY! I have cleared everything Lock Poker from my MAC and downloaded the software 11 times now. Every time with the "encountered serious error" message!!! I have sent 9 emails to support since THURSDAY. Still no response from Lock. Not even a automated response reply. WTF?!?!

Am I reading the title of this thread correctly? Is the last word support?

I was playing a few hours ago and just started again. I joined a waitlist for a 6max game. Not only was I on the waitlist but I was also listed as one of the 52 people seated at the table. Most of the other tables have the same issues.

I'm sure it will be OK tomorrow but this is one of the many bugs that has been in existence for many years and in all versions of the Cake software.

Good Luck with the upgrade of the software.

I've been trying to leave a table for 15 minutes now. I'm sitting out at the table. I can close it, but when i re-open the table i'm still sitting out there. WTF! Let me off!!!
