Pretty sure if people knew how to fix all of these problems, then they wouldn't be happening.

Wait it out, they aren't just going to let all this keep happening.

I won a seat into a Main Event Step 3 Satellite. However, I don't wish to use my ticket right now. The tourney starts in approximately 10 minutes. Are there more of these tourneys daily, or is this my only opportunity? Please answer quickly!!

Thanks, but I went ahead and played it. Ended up busting after losing 4 races in a row. I'm gonna try again. Do you know how long they'll be running these?

Why does my antivirus say lock is unsafe and auto deletes it? Says its a suspicious cloud.

Why is everything different on LockPoker now??? When I go to log in, after I type in my password and screen name another box pops up and it says I must select a screen name??? I already have a scree name and I cant type it in because it says it is already taken. So basically I had to type in another user name and now it let me in and its my account but im under another name??

I have lost all of my trny tickets during the change over, and seem to be short some VPP, I still had a deposit bonus which seems to be gone as well. I am not too impressed so far. Went to play holdem yesterday, every single 2-4 and 5-10 nl micro holdem table had the same two russians on them, about 40 tables...like they are not cheating. So far this is a step down from Merge in a big way. The only reason i went to play holdem is there a grand total of zero hi/lo omaha tables going at any limit.

I just tried to rebuy in a tournament, and instead of giving me chips and re-seating me, the software gave me a "Generic Error" message and then booted me out of the tournament! What the hell?

EDIT: I also can't find a link on the software to actually take me to contact support. The "support" button on the admin page just takes me to a FAQ with no option for contacting support.

Has anyone sent an email to Lock support in the past 3 days and received a response? I know I have not. I am trying to check on the status of a withdrawal (my first withdrawal, and probably my last on Lock, as the new software sucks and the customer service is horrible). Thanks.

my lock shuts down every once in a while randomly have to restart sucks when u play turbos and have to lose chips or sit out

bit of a delay for me too but moneys there they went close to a few hours yesterday on the delay gotta cutem some slack there trying to update points/ronin ect while the site is running at the same time ........

I have one response via e-mail and my question was answered. I started playing on Friday June 1st and am having a great time. However, today the lock software has closed at random a few times. I tried to register for a $10 rebuy/add on tourney, the $11 was deducted but I could not take a seat. I also was playing at a cash table for about 60-90 minutes. When I left the cash table the $$ I had is not showing up in my account. I sent an e-mail but now I can't play the tourneys I wanted to play in this evening! I hope to get a response soon. I wish they had a phone # to call...

My cashier is also not updated. My buy-ins were taken out but I'm done now and winnings and buyins not showing up. I emailed lock support.

I won't wait long to take my money go elsewhere, and suggest others do the same.
