I downloaded the new software and now I can't play real money. I checked a "vault" link I have and I still show my correct balance.

Anyone know how to get the real money to work with the new software?

MAJOR PROBLEMS WITH THE LOCK/REVOLUTION UPGRADE! OK...Yesterday,When I opened my lock software it says you need to upgrade (expected) . I do. I open software click upgrade. Afterwards, it says restart, so I do. Then when I start the new software wanting to play for the first time, I get an error message thats SAYS.....Lock Poker has encountered a serious problem an needs to close..BLAH BLAH BLAH. After several attempts and the same error message EVERY TIME, I delete the software completely and re-download from the lockpoker.eu site (expecting to possibly have to upgrade again), this time, soon as I launch, THE SAME ERROR MESSAGE POPS UP INSTANTLY! I have cleared everything Lock Poker from my MAC and downloaded the software 5 times now. Every time with the "encountered serious error" message!!! I have sent 3 emails to support since around 10PM yesterday. Still no response from Lock. Not even a automated response reply. WTF?!?! I hope this isn't sign of things to come with Revolution. Anyway, anyone else have this issue? Anyone from Lock reading this like to show they care about they're players and help me?!?!? SO FREAKING FRUSTRATED!!!!!!!!!!

Lock's website interface does not recognize that we are logged in, and just asks us to click the cashier button in the application (even though this is precisely what I am doing). How is this fixed?

This happened to me twice today. I closed the client, made sure I had a good Internet connection, then loaded up lock again and it worked

This is a known issue on lock but not on the cake skins. We need to get locks attention on this so they can fix it ASAP

When I start up Lock Poker, I get the setup wizard even though I've already done this twice. I won a ticket last night in the main event step 1 and now it appears to be gone (doesn't show up when I try to register for step 2). Do I get a welcome bonus for depositing yesterday?

Ok I uninstalled then reinstalled and it fixed the start-up issue. Still not sure what happened to the step 2 ticket I supposedly won last night.

Lock Poker's application stopped working for me about two days ago. I tried uninstalling/re-installing but that has not worked.

I currently visit lockpoker.com and click download but am given this error:

Error opening file for writing:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Lock Poker\PokerClient.exe

Click Abort to stop the installation,
Retry to try again, or
Ignore to skip this file.

If I attempt to skip it won't install correctly. Could someone help please let me know how to fix this? I am using Windows 7 Professional. Email with support is not getting me far.

Its been going on 3 days now. LOCK POKER STILL HAS NOT RESPONDED TO ANY OF MY EMAILS! Not even an automated response saying they received it. I know they are busy right now, but come on, this is ridiculous! My post on page 12 of this thread detailing my issue, HAS NOT CHANGED! I download Lock Poker software onto my MAX OSX computer...but to no avail. Soon as I open it, says a grievous error has happened and Lock must close down. I've deleted and re-installed like 100 times and the same thing keeps happening. I do not get it. I have cleaned EVERYTHING Lock Poker related off my computer. Why will the software not work???? Is anyone here using the new software on an APPLE COMPUTER? MAC OS 10.7.4? I would be forever in your debit if you could help.

It's so frustrating that I haven't been to log in once over the past 48 hours because of the following error: "Too many accounts were created from this address. Please contact Lock Poker support."

Anyone else had this issue and got it resolved?

I got it working on my Mac but its has crashed 4 times on my while playing. "LockPoker encounter a serious error and must shut down..." something of that nature. I then try to shut down with no luck unless I force quit. Wont be able to play more then 4 tables till this new software comes. sigh.

My entire balance just vanished on Lock. I sat down at a table, played one orbit, winning the only hand in which I got involved, then left the table. And now my balance, which had been $56 and change, is $0. It's not a display issue (when I try to sit down at a table it tells me I have no money) and logging out of the client and back in didn't help. My money is just gone.

OK, well I know its not just my computer then. My Macbook is 2 months old. It has been flawless. After trying to re-install Lock this morning thinking maybe they had fixed the issues, it froze up...AND CRASHED MY ENTIRE SYSTEM. New computer and I had to go into recovery mode. I was really excited at the whole revolution thing. From what I have seen first hand and heard (software issues, glitches, cash disappearing and reappearing, poor game selection, horrid graphics, no customer service), this is going to hurt Lock. I really thought they had the opportunity to be the next FTP here in the USA. With all the players that are signing up, promotions are ok, game selection [I know, I know but all things considered] add in all the solid pros they've signed recently and they were trying to make a run at it. Oh well...to Carbon Poker and the underground poker scene I go! Where I have to worry about getting shot by cops! I'm from Chattanooga, TN

I figured out what it is. I was clicking "stand up" which is not the same thing as "leave" (it's so you can switch seats without having to go through the lobby, for which I'm grateful as that was a giant annoyance on Merge), and apparently if you stand up without leaving your funds are still in some kind of limbo at that table until you time out and get booted.

I've been getting error codes for hours and no response for Lock Support I was able to change password but that was a joke cause that didn't get me logged on either.

I really thought Revolution Gaming Network was going to be great-Now I'm taking a Topamax for a migraine.

Please fix the reload function so you don't have to sit out a hand when you bust. Doesn't always happens, seems to always happen if you bust on the SB and then sit out on the button. This never happened when I played on Cake. Also, when I sit back in from a bathroom break I shouldn't auto post bb and sb. That never happened on Cake either. Both of these put me on raging tilt and I have to insta quit my session.

Cake tends to auto Register tournies for u when u win a sat. Go to my tournaments at the bottom, unregister step 2 (assuming u still have the ticket) then register for the one u want
