How come sometimes when it's hand-for-hand with 11 people left, and someone gets knocked out, particularly at the table with 5 players, the tables don't always merge right away?

Just put some monies back on Lock. HUD for PT only being displayed on bad beat tables? Hand histories are being tracked for all tables. Anyone else experiencing this problem?

My PT3 hud is no longer working for certain rebuy tournaments. I have reason to believe it has to do with the file name which now contains "%2F". I posted on PT forum but no response yet

Yo Rizen why the hell is the withdrawal that I just made via courier check in the casino show no sign of history. I get no email, and no history of the withdrawal anywhere.. Not cool! my id is IseeTheFearInU

I am having trouble downloading Lockpoker Software from LockPoker.eu? Any suggestions? Download button brings me to a page where it shows an error and another browser just had nothing come up..

can someone please tell me why i dont have a cashier button on my lock screen, it just says deposit where the cashier should be. I recently got verified and had funds transfered to me, can someone please explain why it says deposit and not cashier like on carbon? thanks

Hi Rizen,

Every night since I made a deposit (past 4 days) I been disconnecting at any random time and it seems to last anywhere from 2-5 minutes. Says not logged at the top of screen, my internet is working fine. Not really sure what the problem is.

If you send me your username/e-mail I can get it to someone at our technical team to look at. Also, if you're running an anti-virus program while you play that's known to cause similar types of problems to these, you might try turning it off while you play and see if that helps.

Agree with Max Cut. Can we get any info on the server disconnects that has been happening. For many of us (me included) right about 8:30pm eastern.

140% sure it is lock side issue..

I see you answered two posts up. And that is the same answer that support gives. This has nothing to do with user side technical error. This is mass problem.

I'm having the same problems! My hud only works with freezout tournaments.
Is there any solution yet?

Hey Rizen,
I made an account today and was playing just fine. I won a SNG then logged off, then tried to log back in five minutes later and it tells me my account is suspended. Can you check on that please and see what the issue is? I can log into my other merge accounts just fine. My account username is "gmilder".

Whats up with the live chat? Seems like there is only someone available an hour a day if that?
But a more important question i have is while I was on vacation I lost the debit card I deposited with. Sent in verification docs including a verification form for the lost card but wanted to see if you thought theres anything else I need to do to make sure i can still get verified (ie letter from the bank, etc)

I login today and see $600 missing from my account. I bring up the cashier and see that Lock transfered $600 from my poker account to the casino on their own.

Not a huge deal as it takes 2 seconds to send back, but wtf is up with that?

Also, I'm curious. If someone's entire money balance was emptied by this bug in a cash game through the magic of Lock's auto-rebuy feature, I assume they'd be fully refunded, and that your programmers are currently busily at work fixing this bug to prevent future risk to customers' money?

I have been encountering a problem that can be pretty annoying. In MTTs when I am moved to a new table and in the blinds, none of the blinds show up on the table. So I will be in the BB but there is no graphic showing the value in front of me. This usually happens early in the mtt and the new table is shorthanded for one or two hands.

A few bugs I have noticed recently in the MTTs, since the last update.

First, when being transferred to a new table, if I have auto-muck set, it is unchecked at the new table; so every time I am transferred, I have to check it again.

Second, I have been ... kind of ... 'chain transferred' .... a few times. I will be transferred to a new table, then, before I get to play a hand, transferred again to a third table, then, before I get to play a hand at that table, transferred again to a fourth table, etc. I have also been repeatedly transferred very quickly between a series of tables, being allowed to play only one or two hands at a table, before being transferred again, sometimes being transferred over a series of 5 or 6 tables in such a sequence of quick moves.

Finally, today during an MTT, I was moved to a new table, and even though my original table was on 'normal' display, the new table opened up in 'mini' display.

Whenever I try to login to the cashier, the box shakes and nothing happens. I have done everything requested regarding cookies and still no resolution

Why is "live chat" never online? And why does it take lock support over a day to reply to emails?... and thats if they even reply.
