Lock Lotto question - Page 2 - Two Plus Two

Yeah I think that's kinda normal for them. The problem is when it says shipped they don't give you a tacking number and for most people it says shipped for over a month, so if they shipped it to the wrong place you would never know.

Just curious as to what time the lock lotto schedule is. My daily mgr, seemed to change around 7:45

It's a regular day from start to finish, running on GMT time. If you are on eastern time, your day starts at 8pm and ends at 8pm. What I can't say for sure is how it updates. I see points carry on to the next day when I'm playing close to the cutoff.

3 months waiting for a shipped item.. Have support or Shane even told you why/what's happening regarding that? Surely 4 iPads don't get lost in transit!! (assuming they didn't get sent in a 4 iPad bundle...)
