You arent a troll at all Max, we deserve to have resolution here. Worse than not resolved is how barely acknowledged it is.

It will be a slap in the face if they announce the July monthly winner in a couple days without having awarded the May players yet.

Re: Lock Lotto goes extreme - Amazing monthly draw

That would indeed be truly impressive.

But July has been already organized and I presume already in their system. I'm guessing the May delay has more to do with them simply not getting around to going back into their own records and figuring out who is eligible, etc.

Still, it was quite awhile ago that they said they could do it in 48 hours. So at some point they didn't think it was going to take THAT long to figure out. Get one person on it, go through the records, figure out the winners....that your own site promised and promoted.

If Lock didn't promote this themselves and it was thrust upon them somehow by somebody else that they should consider doing that then that is one thing. But this is their own promotion. Not hard. If you can't implement the promotion then don't offer it in the first place. Obviously.

Set it and forget it? I think you skipped to the second step of that operation without completing the first.

Shane & Rizen: I am sure you both work your butts off, and I think most people truly appreciate your efforts. But when people say this is a poorly run organization this is the sort of thing they have in mind. No well run organization does this no matter what other challenges they are facing.

Re: Lock Lotto goes extreme - Amazing monthly draw

I'm not sure if I should make a big deal about this or not. But I figured I would post part of the email I sent to Lock about their lotto.

"I was checking out Lock's website earlier and I noticed something interested on the lock lotto page. My name appeared for a level 2 winner of $125 cash prize on 2012-07-31. However, I never was emailed and I can not find any sign that I was awarded this money. I would like to know what is going on."

Almost 2 weeks later and still no response. If I did win the prize than I would like it. If I didn't win then I'm not happy that they're telling the world that I did.

Honestly, if it was just an honest mistake and I didn't win than it would be no big deal. However, waiting almost 2 weeks without an answer bothers me.

I noticed their scrolling "winners" on their website is jacked. Like someone said check the twitter page to see if you actually won.

Despite frequent thread bumps it's been six weeks since a Lock rep commented in this thread. Just sayin'
