Hi All - Opened lock the other day and saw a message I had won a lock lotto from December. Chose the iPad option (even if it is the worst value it has the least chance of me tilting it off at 2-4PLO) and was wondering if anyone has actually received an iPad or any other tangible item you have won/chosen in the Lock Lotto.

I've sent about ten messages back and forth with support, asking simple questions like the details of the lotto I won, when they might ship the iPad, pretty simple stuff. They keep referring me to Veronica@lockpoker, however I have sent 3 messages over 10 days without receiving a response.

Does the Lock Lotto actually pay out and does support ever respond with useful help, or am I being jerked around?

Someone else posted that they one won in October/November and i don't think they received it yet. Shane gave an excuse of how the ipads were in high demand and hard to get. Good Luck OP!

Lock maybe getting there **** together after all.

My last one just arrived too and it only took 2 weeks. I guess it all depends on their available stock.

I am in the process of emailing with Shane - but he has not yet been able to find out any details about my order - will keep you all posted as things develop...hoping it doesn't take 12 weeks to come...

Feeling a little uneasy as even Shane can't seem to get a response from Veronica....

My iPad came in the mail yesterday!!!! Came within 10 days of me getting in touch with Shane. A big thanks to him for expediting the process, really appreciate it. Feeling pretty good about Lock.

Oh wow, so if they try to pick up stuff it all must be a conspiracy, right -_- obviously both cashout times and time needed to send an item are a giant joke, however how people still find a way to bash em if they do it right is beyond me.
