Is it just me or is it lagging like hell? My client stopped working aswell, looks like a connection issue, but not sure. Anyone?

i assume if we were we were in husngs/tournaments, the standard is to get our buy-ins back?

I think there policy is to distribute prize pool to remaining players.

Keeps telling me to contact customer support when I try to log in...

I'm not a tournament player but I'd be poed at this continuing to happen on Sunday's right in the middle of the 100k gtd. Seems kind of like a coincidence...

As it is, if I was playing 12 tables of cash games at 100 and 200. That is like $30 of blinds I paid for just flushed down the crapper that Lock will do nothing about. This doesn't even take into account my WR from EP, MP, LP etc and the hands I was involved with when it crashed. Please please please WPN, add HEM support so I can play there and get rid of your Beast and BBJ promotions that takes such a huge amt away from your win rate. It is a shame that as Americans we have no better options than this.
