Lock just completely froze as I was playing 12 tables of high and mid stakes PLO. I know for a fact probably cost me at least $200. It's probably going to be a nightmare dealing with support on this issue. Really frustrating. What a joke.

yea i was playing, i had 111$ on a 50/1 6max holdem table and was trying to sit out/stand up from table when it was freezing. i got back connection to the network and my money was off the table and i wasn't credited the $ from the table in my cashier

really hope intertops support helps - they said they would notify me be email

yep i froze too 300 dollars missing. i filed a complaint with gaming commission as well to log the fact i lost the money. Just in case they try to say they have no record of the money then the gaming commssion can definitely come down hard on them. Hopefully they fix this, but if you want to be on the safe side you can file a complaint here http://www.curacao-egaming.com/ so at least you have it noted that you did lose the money. Right now from what the customer service rep told me they have no record of the money i loss. So that has me a little worried but she said they would fix it. So we will see.

its not just lock, i think its network wide.

was playing on 'tops and everything froze..

also a bunch of money is missing from my account

Happened to me too. Lots of money missing from account and I get this in live chat

Robert: Is there a particular table you were playing when you noticed these funds were missing?

Wife keeps getting "connection timed out" when she tries to register for MTT's. Took her like 15 tries on the last one till it finally took her registration. I was playing NL50 at the same time so it was definitely not on our end.

She's in now and playing but same thing happened last night a couple of times too.

Similiar thing happened to me. They asked if I could tell them the table number and hand number. I don;'t know how to get the hand number.

its so ridiculous im in intertops revolution is making all these sites look bad. Still no money i have 300 missing and i refuse to play until this is fixed. But they did just tell me right now this will be resolved. I will wait until its fixed.

Wow! Interesting ways to deal with a cash shortage.

1-Deny cash outs
2-Accuse people of chip dumping
3-Let just steal their money right off the tables and see if they notice

freezing has always been there, it being a part of revolution. one loses some money on turbo tables sometimes when the buttons freeze. i have had shorter times frozen a couple of months now and two tables have been no problem. there has been some bigger problems sometimes but it seems that just some others timeout completely and i dont anymore, thats worth money to me though i am not even yet on that so not feeling bad about it, not needing to think how to return the money and even then i would need to know what they had and i would not give money that didnt got bet, just what was there.

still lots of money missing about 300 from my account they havent fixed it but i think thats final straw for me. I never seen anything like this before on any poker site. I quit sngs and play cash and then i take a even bigger hit. I am going back to merge. THey both are terrible but at least merge has better software. Rake is insane but oh well better then getting 300 vanished from your account. Only way all stay on intertops is if they make it up to us some how.
