Error 116 "Security certificate or data settings incorrect"

Anyone else getting this message when they try and sign into the client? It was working fine for me last night.

not sure but i was playing in two and able to play, problem started with two new windows opening that just hung on the connecting screen.

when i logged out couldn't log back in

616 is a fraud code, not 116.

Ive just realized I gave the wrong information yesterday. I can definitely confirm though the code we are seeing across the site right now is not a fraud code.
