Lock Crash? - Page 4 - Two Plus Two - LockPoker Support Forum

Shane I am still waiting on the following:

1) $15 for a HUsng I tried to register for before the crash. I got a Tournament Registration Failed notification, but it still deducted from my account.

2) Same as above for a $30 HUsng about 1 minute ago, well after Lock came back up

Live chat may just have been swamped, live chat is up from 7pm GMT - 8am GMT (Which is current NYC time of 3pm - 4am)

i think its down right now. ofc auto top up doesnt work after i get stacked and get aipf next hand with AA vs KK with only 50bbs. i mad tilted right now

I have a suggestion. If the site is down for more than 10 minutes, all tournaments that were in progress should be cancelled and moneys distributed according to the rules. I do not think it is reasonable to expect players to wait over 30 minutes to then resume a tournament.

I almost left and went to dinner after reading this thread and expecting the payouts. I was ~third in chips in the $215. I can say if I had left and later found out I had been blinded out, I would have been extremely upset.

Thanks for working to make the site better.

Same problem right now with juice stakes.. probably the whole network. In the middle of 2 hu sngs, i closed the client because I thought it froze, now it wont let me back in and i have no idea when I can finish my 2 games. Unreal..
