I just got my first update from the network team:

We appear to be experiencing Technical problems which are affecting us Network wide. Our devs are looking into this now and we'll respond as soon as we have an update.

I will stay online to update you guys as news comes through.

When it comes back up just grab support on live chat and give them the hand ID and they can ensure you were credited correctly.
