If you don't sort your game out soon for US customers there isn't going to be a cake network left.

Assuming Funds are safe and segregated.

Can you guys please get together and come up with a plan how to better speed up cashout requests.

I am aware of this but the other skins cater for european players like myself only but still pool the US players, so payments are very fast 2 3 days. My concern in the matter is for you US players considering lock own the revolution gaming network, if lock goes down the network does.

They don't and don't own the software either from what I have been told

If a Lock rep could confirm or deny this, would be appreciated

I much doubt the whole network would go down if Lock goes down, but there's probably no simple answer to this anyway. Let's just hope it doesn't go down -_-

yes it would, cake was already in default when lock jumped back in with them

I too would like to know what exactly happens if Lock fails. Does that mean intertops/juicy fail too?

I've heard yes more than no. Maybe PS to the rescue again? haha

intertops keeps your funds in the sportsbook, which is their main business
if the lock network ever went down your funds would be safe at intertops

Lock is bringing the other good skins (intertops) down. If I was at Intertops I'd be pissed at lock for f'ing up my poker room

I'm wondering: since Lock took over, has the software or server provider changed vs old Cake? If not, i guess the only reason it's crashing is because of the population increase?

If they did change server provider, though.. damn you Lock

From what i remember cake poker was handling a lot more then 7500 players just fine in their prime.

When Lock goes busto, hopefully somebody will step in and buy Revolution to keep the servers and the games going for intertops and the other skins.

Hopefully.

Requested cashout 10/27 and still waiting. Not confident. These guys are a joke.

Everyone should tweet and put heat on the lock pros.

Theres like a 50-50 chance that care about their reputation, and actually care somewhat about the everyday online players.

On the flip side we can complain to lock itself, who we know doesn't seem to care about their reputation or its players.

I can't wait to see how they do in their gtds today, Super Bowl Sunday.
Not the best day to have a 100k gtd. (O/U 850?)
02-03-2013 , 08:23 PM
Well, now you know. Not enough entries to cover the GTD and just so happens that there is another 'outage' and all tourneys get cancelled...

I don't know why you guys persist in playing at this site.

They did me the favor or shutting my acct down and accusing me of chargebacks that don't exist....but it was a blessing...I play on Carbon now...and it rocks compared to lock.

Lets look at the facts:

Payout times are atrocious....50 days for ROW players and over 100 days in some cases for US players.

So you say...well I can always sell my money in the transfer thread for .70 on the dollar...yeah...thats a great plan....give up 30% of your profit off the top just to get money that is rightfully yours in a reasonable amount of time.

The software is atrocious....seems to conveniently "go down" every sunday when there are big tourneys with big overlays...coincidence?...I think not....add to that the fact that it happens nearly every sunday...where is the IT team in all this?....they know the servers overload on sunday but do nothing about it?...doesn't make sense does it?

I just don;t understand why folks don't look at other options....yes...i get it..they have better volume than carbon/merge...they have higher rakeback/better promos than carbon/merge...but seriously...is it worth it to play on software from 1990 that crashes every week and wait over 3 months for your money while having smoke blown up your ass in emails?
