nope and it says someone will get back to me within 8 hours i have waited many times not worked once.

I posted in another thread but we've implemented a new support system that, at least in a brief period of time, seems to have improved timeliness and communication.

We're also going to be able to start bringing live support back online for limited times each day, trying to find out now if that's going to be a consistent time or not so I can let everyone know.
