For Skrill at least, there's a moment after waiting a long time where you can request another one, basically when your first payout is "nearing completion". That's what support told me when i asked, at least.. I assume the same applies to other methods..

Yeah your first request has to be processed before you can request another. Thats why I got off this site. Had to wait 2.5 months to submit my second request

It makes me sick to see them continue to make rake, take deposits, bring WU back, Shane lurks the forum but is now silent and all the while just completely ignore all the players who have been waiting months to get paid.
