Title should say put into not out into...I just registered for an $11 turbo mtt but was never seated and am not in the lobby anywhere. The $11 was taking out of my cashier as shown below. Any help from a lock rep is greatly appreciated, this is pretty disheartening tbh. My s/n on Lock is search4 and if you check the lobby you will not see my name listed anywhere.

I have registered for multiple STT where it showed an error message saying that I couldn't register for the tourney but took my money anyway. Tried again on a couple of them and I am registered. I'm assuming my account will be credited back the buy ins eventually. If not, I'll contact support.

I just played a $3.50 HU hyper turbo but then when i reg'd for a $1.50 hyper turbo 6 max my cashier was debited however that sng has no runner and it's not listed under my tournaments. So that's 2 games out of the last 3 i reg'd for that the money was taken but I was never seated/entered.

Sometimes it can take a few minutes for the money to get back to your account. Give it 15 minutes before you fly off the deep-end. Just take a nice relaxing walk after your session or go have a snack; then check your cashier. The money will be there. You do realize that you have over-reacted just a bit?

We had an issue with a server tonight, everything is back to normal now.
