I requested a cashout on July 14th to a UK moneybookers account.
After 9 days (on 23rd) I emailed the cashier asking for an update as it had not been processed. This email has not been responded to yet, 8 days and counting!
On the 25th after not receiving a response from the cashier I decided to email the regular support. It took them 2 days to send me this:
Thank you for your email. Please be assured that our cashier team are working on this and we hope to have it processed and completed as soon as possible.
Please let us know if we can be of further assistance

Not satisfied, I emailed regular support again requesting more details. This email was not responded to, so I emailed again on the 30th July saying:
I don't think it's unreasonable for me to expect a quick response from support when you have so much money of mine in your hands.
I want details on the situation please.
Later on the 30th July they replied saying:
Thank you for your email.
Unfortunately, we do not have any further information on your withdrawal at this time. However, your case is currently with our Cashier Department and a member of that department will be in contact with you as soon as possible.
Thank you for your patience during this time.

It has now been 17 days since I requested the cashout and 8 days since I first emailed the cashier (from whom I have yet to hear a single word).
I live in the UK and all my accounts are UK based so i don't see what the hold up is, and even if there is a good reason why am I not being told about it despite requesting details several times.
It is sad that I must come on to a forum to try and get an answer. My account name is PokerDougal, give me answers (and my money)!
EDIT: I just thought I'd add that I've done withdrawals before of the same amount using the same withdrawal method, and they have normally taken between 1 and 7 days. So I don't know what could possibly be legitimately holding this one up.
