tried from a pc, got error there too but then went back to mac and it worked. weeeeeird

Some further info on this there seemed to be too many of these issues and further investigation led us to find the system was throwing false positives at us. We corrected this so anyone that was being incorrectly blocked will be able to login.

Anyone still getting this error needs to contact me so I can investigate further.

I have been having a problem like this. When I log onto Lock Poker for the first time each day it will log me in under the screen name No Love, which i believe was my screen name on cake under the same email address. If I exit out for any reason, I found this out the hard way, and try to log back in it will only log me in under the screen name GanjaGuru42, which is the name I chose for lock since the move to revolution. No matter how many times I try I cannot log back in under No Love. The first time this happened I was playing a couple tourneys and registered for more. I could not get back on to play and they continued on without me. It's happened twice since and both times the software froze up and shut down, most notably yesterday when I was deep in tourneys with about 300 dollars in registrations in play. All together this problem has cost me over 500 dollars. I've contacted lock support many times and they will not respond at all. I don't mind losing money at my own fault but not because of a software glitch. Your help with this would be appreciated.
