Just got a bit more....i may have it all back...i calculated a bit more but i could have been off on my memory.

Support - When will the admin page be working so we can review activity in and out of tables?

Also - please provide an explanation of what happened here.....thanks.

Just wanted to say I had some missing money, but after reading this I figured I wouldn't complain about it yet. Good news is that my account is now at least partially updated.

They also responded in 1 day to a question on email, so overall, I have not had a bad experience. Some bumps in the move, but (in my case at least), they have been taking care of it.

Happened to me yesterday. The cashier sometimes credits very slowly after leaving a table.

tbh, the only reason I noticed was because I went to cash in points. I don't play with a roll small enough that I ever notice. JME

There was a temporary issue with the API process where by the transactions weren't being processed quickly enough. The issue was solved and the transactions would be queued to be processed, and the failed processes would be in this queue to be resubmitted.

Almost all transactions have been successfully processed and the process is running smoothly. We will be closley monitoring this over the next few days with such an increase in traffic and deposits.

This just started happening to me again. Left 16 tables and the 3k-4k I had on the tables was not credited to my account.
