Winning Poker Network has alot of positives, but they lack player traffic at all levels and their software makes Cake's look like Stars/FTP's software. Suggesting their player pool=Revolution's is laughable though - Revolution IS the most popular site serving USA players, going off of cash game traffic, having somewhere in the 6-8x range more traffic

Glad you find it laughable. I'm just going off what the numbers say. On ACR I've seen up to 5k people online and the same goes for Lock. As for the software, I'm not sure what you like about Cake's software or the recent "wonderful" job that Lock has done putting together the Revolution Network, but ACR's software is quite good and i've never had any trouble multitabling. I've had up to 12 tables going at once with no problem.

My account was frozen and I was unable to login for 2 weeks because cake/lock said it was being held under fraud charges and that I owed money to one of the sites. After 24 emails and hours of getting things straight, shockingly come to find out I owed nothing to anyone and it was all a big mistake, oops! The good part is that after shane finally contacted me, he was very helpful getting through everything. I still dont have my money transfered before the merge happened, waiting on them to get my money back on the new site but almost there. Sure was fun going through hours and hours of support and 2 weeks of no poker during ronin because of someones simple mistake!

But you sure was mad about not being able to play on the New Lock software, its all good...... But I would not suggest talking bad about Lock or anything like that, I think if you would have went about it a little different and more respect to the Room, They would have worked with you and tried there best to help you out. I know a few people at Lock and I know they are more than willing to help if they can. Just word of advise, and not so smart on bashing Shane he bust he ass for us, and he really does not have to. Because he is in charge of Affilacates with the room but he goes the extra mile to make the company he works for have the best outcome, logical if the rooms does good things go good for him and so on So please stop hating and think before you speak.

Mad? haha naw I don't really care anymore. And I was plenty patient and nice to them for the longest time. But after a while I could only take so much and got fed up with the bs that goes on with site. Shane might be trying hard, but that doesn't stop the fact that the customer support is horrendous and everyone at Lock moves at a snails pace. Couldn't care less that you know people at lock. You want a cookie?

Nothing like that but whatever you think buddy, have good one, and ACR will never be near Lock in my eyes. But hey I could be very wrong in the near future so only time will tell.

I had no problem loading money onto my account, and then when I went in to play and did my log in, I got the same Error code 615. Im seriously upset, I put money on there and they had NO PROBLEM taking it as (it showed immediately), yet I cannot log in and use it. PLEASE HELP ME. I have been emailing the "customer service" people for over 4 hours!

How long have you been playing on Lock? Do you have account's on any other poker site on the REV network? Chip dumping? used credit card of roomate or something? The list can go on and on so think about it and suggest you contact support regarding the issue. Or it could just be one big mistake you could have been at table with someone that was really shady or something who knows but you or maybe you don't know, so contact support and they will help you out bro.
