I am as well. It's a code that states you are a fraudulent player. I emailed support but haven't gotten any response yet.

As SiungTong pointed out its a fraud related code.

If you guys can PM or email me your details I can pass it over with priority to the security team to look into.

What im dumbfounded by, is how do you get a fraudulent code doing nothing wrong?

I am also getting this error code 615 when I try to Log in. Are there any updates on my current status as far as logging in? I would like to be able to log into the new Lock poker today if possible.

GL. I have been locked out for a week. Sent verification form, multiplt pics of the info they need and still nothing. Been around 6 days and absolutely zero has been accomplished. Also, contacted Emily Hope the Lock rep for 2+2 players, she said she unlocked my account, but that was obv a fib. She said she would help log me in yesterday at 9:40am, crickets ever since.

Time to wave the white flag.

In the other thread shane said you could email him. I`m not really sure how or why mine was fixed but it was. Of course I don`t know if that means im verified or not...

There seemed to be too many of these issues and further investigation led us to find the system was throwing false positives at us. We corrected this so anyone that was being incorrectly blocked will be able to login.

Anyone still getting this error needs to contact me so I can investigate further.

Let me know which one answers you. I've pmed Rizen and Shane and posted/written in threads on here attempting to get some sort of response from them about my account but have yet to hear anything.

I am still in the same boat as well with this dam error message. What a frustrating experience this has been so far. I never had problems in the past with Lock Poker and now all of a sudden I get problems.

Just set up my account last night, have not made a deposit or had any activity and I get an error message for fraudulent activity. NO response from spport or this Shane guy.

My drug dealer provides me better customer support when he is down. Now I remember why I stopped playing online.

Just a total joke.

Just got a response. Apparently I can't play on the site after signing up and depositing money. Too big of a "fraud risk". Because I pissed off a customer support guy on PokerHost over a year ago. Ridiculous.
