Same here. Rizen kindly replied to my email chase last week copying Emily and.....silence. It's not the wait so much, it's the lack of info and constantly being told should be next week or so which is the case since start of June.

Agreed, cleared the bonus April 28. So far I haven't received anything yet.

I finished mine end may, got the email about colour june 1st and still nothing yet.

Wish we could get my ipad bonus cash to me soon, it has been almost 2 weeks since the congratulatory email, and then email emily sent me about Cash bonus or color of ipad ect.

I cleared mine July 22nd, and its now August 5th, I got the email about color and such but yet to get the cash which I responded about and requested :s


Also how do you find cashouts, I requested one on July 1st, and it is now over a month prior and still nothing my way

Just go ahead and e-mail your color preference, mailing address, and phone # to emily@lockpoker.com and CC me at rizen@lockpoker.com and I'll keep an eye and follow up on it. the congratulatory e-mail is supposed to go out within 48 hrs, but it seems like maybe half of the people that finish the promo get the e-mail. I don't know if it's a junk/spam filter thing or something on our end, but almost everyone that has signed up for the promo has completed it or had it expire at this point so i'm not going to spend a lot of resources finding out why people aren't receiving these e-mails as expected when there are a lot of other things for me to worry about.

Let me clearly say this is just about completing the promo, not about iPad deliveries etc, I realize that for the EU people there are still a lot of outstanding issues there.

After 2 mails four weeks ago, I got a response by emily, in which I was told two wait 2 or 3 weeks until I would receive the IPAD. Since I haven´t received the IPAD, I asked emily what was going on, and got an answer. She said, that Apple has a huge shortage in Europe so I would be better off just taking the cash option. But to be honest, the dollar right now sucks, so taking the cash option would be just stupid.

I am little disappointed, how things are going.

I will gladly take the cash option if they give me the 750 $ that the ipad is worth here in germany
