I'm from The Netherlands and also still waiting for it finished the promo like april 20th

Kinda curious if the ipad color has any influence on shipping time.

So you didn't even had to sign for it. What a nasty way of doing business. So if you say it's lost or you never received it how can they proof that you actually received it. Not lock fault tho but the post service company.

Cleared the bonus on the 17th, never got an email. Sent emily an email on the 19th or 20th, never got a reply. Sent a follow up email an copied risen on the 25th. Still no reply.

I don't even know if they acknowledge I cleared the bonus or not. It is very frustrating.

I know I have your information somewhere, but I may have already cleared it out. If you want to forward me the correspondence I will follow up. Honestly any time anyone hasn't gotten back to you regarding anything support/iPad related in 24 hrs just let me know and I'll bug someone until it's done, unless it's account verification in which case it's 48 hrs.

I feel like support has improved drastically in the last week or so since the new system was put in, but we can still do much better.

Going into today my iPad bonus was something like 97.7% cleared which is what it said on my bonus page last thing last night. My 60 days are almost up so I logged in today to clear the remaining amount which I went to double check on my bonus page only to find the completion % column was blank. I then emailed support to clarify firstly that my bonus was still active and secondly that I had 2.3% to go. I then began to play and according to my HEM and from what it said my Lockback for today was raked a further $24+ in order to clear the bonus.

I had no onscreen notification (that I noticed at least, there's a lot of pop ups anyway when you're multi tabling SNG's) and I've had no email confirmation. I contacted support for confirmation/clarification but I've yet to receive a response. I realise it takes time for a response but as I am about to run out of time to clear the bonus I would hope they would understand my urgency.

When I first joined Lock I was impressed with support as I was having trouble depositing and they contacted me with advice without even being asked for it. It might sound cynical but I can't help but notice that support was more forthcoming when my money was going in yet they aren't trying as hard now that some is coming back out.

I've seen Rizen state more than once that constructive criticism is welcome which is how this post is intended. My bonus page has never included an expiry date for the iPad2 bonus and now with a day to go the progress record vanishes. It probably isn't intended but it feels like the bonus page is set up to catch people out by withholding important details and makes it unnecessarily complicated for the player. I think after paying Lock $1000 in rake over the last 2 months, I'm entitled to know when and if I've completed the bonus especially as that's why I signed up in the first place. I'm in the UK so I can still play on places like Stars, smoother handling of this now would have made me much more likely to continue playing on Lock now that it's finished which is surely what they want.

Sorry if I sound like I'm whinging, I'm pretty confident that I've raked the necessary $1k but after all this time and effort in doing so I could just really do without the uncertainty and lingering doubt that I've made a mistake and I'm like a dollar short. I've found a lot to like about Lock and think it's a good site with a lot of potential, which is why I'd like to see things like this dealt with a bit better.

I had the same. My % went blank just before i completed the promo. But you can check your vip points score on the main page in the top right corner. Also when u reach 6500 points, you will need to log out and in again so the pop up for the completion comes up. I just compeleted mine this second with 1hr to spare .

Thanks for the response, it's not just me then! When you say an hour to spare, what are you basing that on? I was never quite sure when mine is due to run out as I'm not sure how they count it. I deposited at 5pm lock time on 30th May if my memory serves me correctly, which means by my count that my 60 days run out at 5pm Lock time tomorrow to be exact although if they just count the 30th as day 1, 31st as day 2 etc, it'll run out midnight tonight I guess.

I'm currently stuck at work which is why I would love to have had it clarified earlier that I'd finished.

Nah, just in the top right of the main page, there is a small bar below the time and if you hover over it says your points score. 6500 with rakeback is needed (if no rakeback it's like 10,000).

You can check your transaction history to check when your first deposit was. So if 5pm on 30th, then day 1 would end 5pm 31st. So 60 days for you would be 5pm 29th July.

That's how I counted it too but I just wanted to make sure that's how they counted it although from the sounds of yours it must be. Well done btw

Well kind of, I logged in when I got home last night and got the pop up to say I had cleared the bonus (woohoo!) and overnight (18 hours since I first contacted support) I had an email response to my first query confirming the same so there wasn't any need for them to address my initial concerns by that time so that's fair enough I guess.

If I hadn't cleared it though I would be a lot less happy about things. I found it quite disappointing that the bonus page suddenly wasn't working just as the bonus is expiring. Support could have responded quicker I guess but I appreciate my email has to wait in the queue which is why it's important that the admin pages work properly and display accurate information.

With that said, aside from the bonus page I have found the rest of the admin and stats pages to be excellent.

i still have not heard anything from anyone (as far as i know this emily does not exist) except your emails regarding my ipad...

Boooooom! Almost two months after clearing the bonus Ipad2 in hand. Came Fedex and I had to sign for it. Thanks for the help Rizen.

I finally heard something today saying that it would be shipped out this week. First response other than from Rizen on the whole thing. Maybe she just doesn't like sending out status until there is a planned ship date.

After about 4 emails to Emily she finally responding when I told her I was moving and needed to know the status or it would go to the wrong address. She replied with the delivery date being July 27 but no tracking number. I received it on the 27th via Fedex ground.

Tryed to email Emily 4 times but NO response :-(

Now they cant deliver ( they dont know my new adress).
