Finally got the cash in my vault at the end of last week, tried to withdraw it then got declined because I hadn't verified my account which is fair enough but they also stopped me playing until my account was verified

I had used a friends card to deposit because they owed me the money, and they needed copies of front and back of their card and a signed authorisation, which has took me until now to get. Hopefully I can be back on soon, emailed all the docs through last night.

Anyone know how long the account verification takes?

Wrote a PM to Rizen, he forwarded to Emily and...... (wait for it) one day later I had $700 in my vault.

To everyone still waiting, I highly recommend doing the same.

Not for me

Emailed a week ago, but still no money or promises of ipad.
Is it because i have´nt played since last summer when i realized that ipads were not moving?

Holy fukkin cit, 700$ finally in my vault. Funny how my attitude against lock changed from really negative to neutral in one moment, even played couple hands there.
Feels like christmal present

Actually, just today realized this "vault", money could have been there for couple weeks already...lol

Took me a couple of weeks with account verification and some crap about needing to deposit via neteller before I could withdraw (my 1st deposit was via neteller) so after a week of emails to and fro I finally got it sorted, took the full 72hrs to be approved tho.

Hope you guys get things sorted.

Hi guys, old thread I realise but I never received my iPad and now want to check whether they shipped me cash instead. Obviously they dont reply to emails just like when I was chasing the iPad last year, and the cashier history only appears to go back 30 days. Does anyone know a way to check if I got what I was entitled to?
