finished promotion and gave emily contact details in may. after several mails, she asked me for my contact details again in august. haven't heard from her since, wrote an email to rizen who wrote an email to emily last week, but still haven't heard from her. so frustrating. europe here.

Hey I'm from Europe.
I finished the promo end of July. I was contacting Emily and Rizen. a bit slower responses from Emily, but I exchanged some emails. I was abroad so wanted to get the Ipad to the other country as my registered address. Still EU->to Ireland.
I got offered money, but refused, because I thought we get $500, but the Ipad costs quite some more here in Europe so I wanted the thing. I would probably take 700 in other case, but didn't know.
Well I received Ipad on 19th of September to other address so Ireland. (even though I confirmed my other address in that time since I moved already hehe, maybe I was too slow), but I'm just happy I got it
I haven't heard from them after I got mail to choose color and confirm address.

Got a tracking number, should arrive this friday. Netherlands

edit: didn't know that I could take 700$. it would be an easy call to take 700$ and not wait for 2 months :/

hi im having trouble with lock aswell, compleeted the ipad2 promo in June, and after a long time waiting and writing with Emily, i was alloved to buy it myself and mail the reciept back to her.
This is almost two months since now, and no one replies to my emails.

Joy oh joy, my ipad just arrived at my doorstep.

I have exchanged several emails with Emily about my iPad2. Every time she basically told me to be patient. I am really frustrated about this. I also live in The Netherlands, but I don't have a tracking number yet. I have chosen the white iPad2. Black would most likely have been faster. Tough luck.

Only just got in Jul 28th I think it was. Nice to know I'm not alone

Due to some of the waits itt, I decided to just get $500 cash instead of the iPad2. I sent an email last week which went ignored. I sent a follow-up email today and the bonus was placed in my vault within 10 minutes.

Still nothing from Emily this is just becoming a joke I'm sure my emails are just going into a black hole. Getting seriously pissed off now, short of emailing every day I don't know what else I can do? it's not to much to ask is it just for a reply on where they are at with the shipping situation

I'm sorry it has taken this long for you to receive communication. Emily might be out of the office the next few days I am sure she will be answering your email when she gets to it. Please remain patient and I assure you are not going to be ignored, hopefully we can expedite the process for you.

Its a fake and of bad quality. The fake is made up pretty good as the packaging almost exactly looks the same, its even the same pictures on it.

The original ones say
"designed by apple in california. Assembled in China" on the cover and is way better quality!

ok so now rizen does not reply to my PMs anymore (emily doesnt answer the emails anyway)

finishend the promo in mid may (played like 3 days i think) and still no ****ing ipad after almost 5 month.
