As I understand it if you not a rake back player you are considered a VIP player and will receive a % cash back that goes straight into your vault (unlike rb which goes straight into you account)

I am VIP (black) and have yet to see any daily cash back payments into my vault. Is anyone else that is VIP experiencing this?

Shane if you read this my email is xxx@xxx.xxx if you could have your team take a look at it.

I would suggest that you don't publicly display your email. Scammers might then be able to take advantage.

Just pm Shane your email address privately.

I appreciate that. Still 0.00 in my vault though.

Can anyone who is not on rake back confirm VIP daily cash back payments to their vault via VIP program? It would comforting to know that someone out there is getting the daily payments.

I get my daily payments. Usually once an hour when I'm playing.

I haven't received a cent of VIP cashback.

I was receiving Ronin payments until about 4 days ago. Now those aren't coming either.

Sent multiple emails to support, Emily, and a PM to Shane in the last 2 weeks. In every situation I was assured it would be fixed that same day.
