Finished end of june.
Emailed Emily and got an email back on 6th of july that they're hoping that the ipads will be getting shipped within 2 weeks and its just a matter of fullfillment from apple based on volume required.

Anyone received their ipad in the meantime?

When did you request the money and how long did it take for them to do so.

6/23: Finished Ipad promo/emailed support about $500 cash option.

Since then, I have emailed back and forth a couple of times with both support and Rizen, but I still have not received the cash yet. It's been about 2.5 weeks now and counting. Will update when I finally get the money. Sigh...

It took a little over a week. Send an email to support and CC Rizen and he'll get it sorted out for you. Be patient and they'll take care of it.

Completed the bonus last Friday. Emailed support on Sunday. Their reply was to contact Emily. I emailed Emily and literally two minutes later received a reply that the money was in my vault. I was very surprised and very pleased. GG Lock and thanks!

6/23: Cleared Ipad bonus and emailed request for cash option.
6/23-7/11: Email/PM back and forth w/support and Rizen a few times.
7/11 (18 days later): Receive email from Emily saying the funds were placed in my vault/Funds appear in vault.

So, I'm definitely happy to finally have my money, but it took 2.5 weeks to get it. Here's the funniest part...

7/11 10:38am EST: I forwarded my last email from support to Rizen.
2:07pm: Rizen cc's my email to Emily asking her to fix me up.
2:12pm: Emily cc's Rizen's email to me saying she will fix it asap.
2:16pm: Emily cc's another email to me and Rizen saying that the funds are in my vault now.

So, it took Lock 2.5 WEEKS to finally decide to give me my money, but only just 4 MINUTES to actually give it to me. Lol! Why the madness?

P.S. Thanks for all of the help, Rizen. It appears to be you that actually got Lock/Emily to finally give me my money I earned 2.5 weeks ago.

Just a weekly update -- No email reply to the email noted above, and 4 days after I sent a little followup to both rizen and emily and no reply again...

For all: I mentioned that I understand if there can't be tracking, just keeping us posted on where it stands in the pipeline would be great. I was hoping to have it for my NYC trip a few weeks ago. Now I hope to have it for Vegas next month, here's to that!

Rizen, any updates? I have yet to ever receive a reply from Emily though -- any way to touch base with her directly (aside from email) to confirm its on the way now that we confirmed all my info a week ago?

you should have seen another follow up with Emily. Most likely the order was placed 7 days ago when she got the info, but I'm asking her to confirm. I do have other ways to get a hold of her than e-mail but am trying that avenue first as it's nice to have a paper trail of everything.

anyone know which model of the ipads you get? just cleared the bonus and deciding to get the ipad or cash

I got my iPad today in Canada. It was the 16gb version and came by fedex with no tracking number beforehand.

It was not in the color I requested. Disappointing after so many e-mail exchanges. At least they came through and people outside the US are getting them.

Update for all -- got a reply from emily that indicates my iPad has shipped. I don't know if that means it was ordered, or at what point in the last week it was shipped/ordered, but it means I am theoretically less than 14 days from receiving a shiny new iPad.

Updates to come. I will legitimately be surprised if i get this iPad2, I am NOT going to lie.

After 10 days of no contact I decided to email and ask for a tracking number for my iPad2.

Got a very prompt email saying this.

"Hello there,

Your ipad delivers on July 20th via fedex.

Completed the promo on 6/27. Emailed Emily my preference one week later.
And Emily replied to my inquiry a couple of days ago and said my iPad is scheduled to be delivered on 7/19.

finished it in last week of may.
Received a congratulation mail from Emily on June 1. and replied quickly to that mail regarding color of ipad. Since then no news.

After ages of waiting i got tired of it and emailed. Apparently it is to be delivered (?) tomorrow. No tracking code, or delivery method was ever mentioned.

I sent an email 2 days ago about the status for my order and I received this reply.

so hopefully we have an email by tomorrow saying "you'll get it in 2 weeks" ? =p

Just got my white iPad2 at my front door in an amazon box by UPS

Welp, Ipad 2 didn't arrive. Still no response from lock regarding tracker number or delivery info (other than that it was to arrive)
