I didn't want to resort to this, but Lock Poker has forced my hand. A friend of mine transferred me $60 on a new account I created. I played on said account for a few days. My roommate decided he also wanted a Lock account. He tried to setup an account and both are accounts are listed as suspended pending verification. I applaud Lock for trying to prevent multi-accounting. However, the continued problem is that it is 11 days after initial suspension and I have already sent in all the documentation required by Lock. After 15 plus emails my account has yet to be verified. I haven't received any response from RIZEN or Lock Support in the past three days. The last two emails I received from them stated; Your details are in a security backlog of emails. I received a duplicate email when asking about the status or timeframe for account validation. I am posting this thread so people are aware of the trouble this has caused me. I hope nobody has to deal with this in the future.

I'm dealing with this too, my account is not suspended but it's been 2 weeks since I sent in my documents..you would think it wouldn't take very long to verify a couple pictures...

I agree Bugeye. I didn't want to post this but they have forced me to. Very poor customer service thus far.

Good luck guys. I hope you get it resolved soon. FWIW, I submitted my docs on March 5 and was verified on April 13. If you at the verification thread, I don't think this is unusual.

update: account verfied received email verifying this. But unable to login error code 212 hahaha. They suspend the account and they dont even get this right. What a joke of customer service.

I too have fallen victim to Lock Poker and their total lack of customer support. I am seriously wondering if they have embezzled my funds. I hate to think that but I cannot get a simple email reply to my repeated requests for an update. After they made their update to Cake Poker, I cannot access their site. The download stops at the same point every time. Their one and only response was to uninstall the existing files and they sent me the link to download from. No matter what I try, including disabling my firewall protection, it fails at the same spot. Anyone have the same problem? If it is embezzlement, any suggestions on how to get this to more people?

Yeah I sent my stuff docs in and it took like 2-3 weeks and that was mid April. I'd assume things are backed up since they just switched networks. Also make sure your roommate sends his docs in too or they may make you wait until they receives his too. Gl

Be patient. Lock is slow as hell but they eventually respond

It has been 25 days and my issues are still unresolved. The customer service has been slow and almost nonexistent. I haven't received a reply email in 5 days and I make sure to send one to them EVERY day. I'm hoping this will be resolved. I am going to give them till this friday to rectify the situation.

Verification is being overhauled completely, an email went out Friday/Saturday updating everyone who is still waiting on verification but if you didnt get that please check your spam folder and if its not there let me know your email address so I can pass it along.

Hey Shane, I sent my Verification info out last Thursday and have not received any info and have checked the spam folder. My email is emoore7959@gmail.com. Thanks for all your help.

Sent in my verification forms June 7th. Did not receive email that was sent out. I sent out a followup email a week later with no response. Spam box empty. Email is xxx@xxx.xxx.

Shane I am having the same problem right now. I have been waiting for 3 days for a response to my account being locked and after sending the verification form in with all details and pictures no one is responding to my multiples emails/phone calls. It is getting ridiculous. Right after I made the deposit they locked me out. Now I get the 212 error code or password is incorrect and it will not let me submit email to reset the password. This all seems very sketchy to me. My email is sherwoodcooke@yahoo.com. Please please please respond and let me know what is going on. This is getting very frustrating.

I just reached out to our devs and they informed me you were emailed when the block was put in place.

I have emailed you again now with the details, please let me know if it doesnt come through.

Yes shane I am still receiving error message 212 I was working with RIZEN and other support team members, Then suddenly I haven't received ANY response in the past EIGHT days!

Hey Shane. I didn't get an email from you, but I was emailed when the block was put in place. That was last Friday. I have now emailed back multiple times after I emailed them my verification form and identification pictures. They have not responded to my email with the forms and pictures. And I still get the code. I have tried calling and leaving a voicemail, but no one has returned my call. I have done my part now I would like for them to do their part. 4 days after making my deposit and I can't use my money to play poker. As you can probably understand this is very frustrating and I've been trying to be patient. I appreciate your help.

Hello, I set up an account on lock when they first moved to revolution gaming. First i was getting a place to put in a nick name and when i entered one it would say too many from this location. Now i am getting error code 212 after trying to use an alternate message. I sent in my verification email and still having the same problem. Does someone have a contact at lock poker that can help. I have been trying to get to play on this site for like three weeks already. I am getting very frustrated.
