Shane I am having the same problem right now. I have been waiting for 3 days for a response to my account being locked and after sending the verification form in with all details and pictures no one is responding to my multiples emails/phone calls. It is getting ridiculous. Right after I made the deposit they locked me out. Now I get the 212 error code or password is incorrect and it will not let me submit email to reset the password. This all seems very sketchy to me. My email is
