Maybe they will... It simply gives them the option and no obligation by putting that it is through July. They will have something similar I would imagine to kill some of their bad press. Seems like this payment processing is upsetting a lot of people and making people not to put any money on here.

Why does that make it not appear so?

That's the exact language they used in early 2011 for each month..when they were running it every month...before merge made them pull the plug.

In other words, stop trying to read into things that simply aren't there. It might continue monthly. It might not. They'll decide around the first of the month most likely....just like they always do.
