just want an answer i want to give lock my benefit of the doubt and keep good thoughts for them for the future.

Theoretically, a twitter account and posts with links to the blog when updated should be quite easy.

You cashed out on the 14th according to your post. In the WU thread you can clearly see it takes an average of 2 weeks to get your control #, some a few days earlier, some a few days later. Yet, you have been ranting for a week now demanding Shane respond to you.

Sending support, Shane, and Rizen emails when you can clearly see the answer to your questions in the WU thread doesn't help you or Lock. It also hurts the people who have real issues.

What does it take for you guys to understand that Lock is like Hotel California..you can check out but you can never leave...you will never see your money again. Why do you think they called themselves Lock...your money is Locked in.

This is true Shane, and when I saw that u responded quickly it does take the edge off. But it's been an additional two days now and still I have no answers. At what point will the ceo come on here and stand up for her company? Would you agree that there has been serious problems? Hypothetical question if you were the CEO of lock poker would you have responded to these issues on a public forum? A great CEO stands behind their product, believes in it. Steve Jobs wouldn't allow an apple forum run wild without a response.

I think its time for Jennifer to log on and set the record straight. There is questions to be answered , and she should be the one doing it.

Give it a week to sort out. Calm down a bit, watch the Olympics a little, enjoy life. I'm sure they will get to you eventually. Customer retention is at the top of their list.

Yes, signed up July 4th and I noticed the first letter of my city was missing so I emailed them to ask them to change it. I haven't heard back yet so I assume they are very busy. I will wait then to make my first deposit until they can answer my email. I don't want to play on a site with an incorrect address. I'm sure I will be getting an email from support soon, now that they've been expanded. If I don't hear back by the end of August I will try emailing them again.

ok. but not a serious problem, because u didnt have money already involved. it's frustrating to have your money held up, ask for a response and then never hear back. I think lock wants to do the right thing. there is too much money to be made to not want to fix the problems that they have. I just think they're doing a terrible job at it.

There are two types of customers, one that would take a public statement on cashout delays and be glad there was communication. The other type of customer would see this statement and then would lose trust in the brand and be less inclined to put money on the site.

Now if the fish are scared away whose deposits are the the sharks going to cash out?

I think you're the first type if you have been affected by the delay, the later if you have not.

You should maybe stumble upon a couple other threads that show not everyone is having major problems. Reading one thread and assuming everyone is getting screwed is the fail. Yes I hope the people having issues get them resolved, but they are a small percentage.

August? You think its acceptable to wait over a month for something as simple as an AUTOMATED reply.

What really scares me is how "Shane" only answers certain peoples problems.

This is eerily reminiscent of FTP after black friday when they had payment processor issues.

Even when he does answer 1 problem there are 10 more waiting. It is just gross to watch how bad of a job at PR they are doing.

When you don't say anything and supposedly worry about the "fish." You are hurting yourself much more than you will ever know.

I play 50+ hours a week live b/c I refuse to play on your site where my money is Locked(pun intended).

Everytime some guy talks about online, or where he wants to deposit, what site is "safe." The first words out of my mouth are don't touch Lock poker, stay away from them."

I have said it to at least 100 people, no lie. These are mostly older men with deep pockets, but I don't want MY name drug through the mud with Lock so I specifically tell them not to put their whale money on there.


People know me as the "internet kid" at the casinos I play at, I know I am not the only one here spreading the word on all the shady going ons here at Lock poker.

So by you saying nothing, I will continue to tell people by the droves not to deposit on your site.

I want them on Lock as bad as you do, they are horrible players with tons of cash, but we all do side bets and sports bets and I can't let your reputation ruin mine.

That is the situation you have put me in Lock poker.
