Sorry to hear about your difficulties.
It is just mind blowing to me that no one from Lock feels the need to take care of this. This is obviously a pivotal time for the growth of the company. Yet, for some reason, rather than addressing their egregious error, they continue to ignore me, letting the problem fester.
There is probably more people reading this sub-forum than ever before. How much potential rake is Lock willing to loose from new customers like the previous posters? Time to make things right. Not only is it the right thing to do, it's just good business.
