Ignored more than two months! What more can I do?

I have been waiting for a courier check since January 24. It was requested and processed in the first few days that Lock was changing to their new cashier.

After I started to notice that people who had requested their checks a few weeks after mine were receiving theirs, I contacted Rizen to see if there might be something wrong with my check. Support got back to me quickly and informed me that they had passed on my info to the Cashier Manager and that I would hear back soon. That was on March 11th and I have still never once received a single email from the cashier department at Lock!

Since that time, I have tried getting help from Rizen and Shane. They've been able to get support to answer my emails with the same empty promises that the Cashier Manager will contact me.

Most of my emails to support go unanswered. I only email them about once a week, and I am never rude or abusive. In my last email, I asked that support forward my problem to whoever the Cashier Manager reports to because he or she obviously has no intention of ever contacting me. That was Monday, I never received a reply.

I have now been waiting 63 days to hear from Lock. What more can I do?

Each time I get a response from support that they have contacted the Cashier department I think to myself, "Maybe this time it'll be different". I actually get a little bit optimistic, but as the days go on, I get more and more frustrated. The most recent glimmer of hope I had was this last email from Shane after I had forward him a list of all the times I'd been told to expect to hear from the cashier soon.

Hi XXXXX,

Ive forwarded over this exact message so hopefully you will get a response ASAP from the cashier team.

Let me know if you don't hear by the weekend.

That was on April 19th.

On April 23rd I send:

Hi Shane,

I still haven't received any response from the cashier team.

XXXXX


No response so on April 30th I send:

Hi Shane,

I still haven't heard back from anyone at Lock about my situation. At this point it is has been over three months since my courier check request was processed. It has also been 50 days that I have been waiting to hear from anyone at the cashier team.

I'm sure you can imagine how frustrated and angry I am about the fact that for the last 50 days I have been told multiple time that I should expect to hear back from the cashier manager "ASAP". Lately, though, I have even started to worry about his whereabouts. Has anybody actually talked to the cashier manager in the last two months. Maybe he's been abducted by aliens or sold into some kind of human trafficking ring. I know those ideas may sound ridiculous, but are they really any more ridiculous than your cashier manager refusing to acknowledge that I even exist for the seven weeks?

I'm sure there are many other people who also have problems that need to be attended to. I highly doubt that anyone else has been waiting as long as I have in this matter. Please do whatever you can to make sure that someone is fixing my problem. All they need to do is verify that they never sent a fed ex package to me, then credit my account. It should be really easy.

I appreciate any help you can give me.

I feel for you. I've been waiting on a bank transfer from 2/29 and now they are just stringing me along and picking and choosing which emails to answer

I have now been waiting 64 days to hear from Lock.

I started this thread with the hopes that someone might have an idea of what I should do next.

I've emailed support.
I've contacted Shane and Rizen.
I've shared my story with 2p2.

Any ideas? Is there anything else I could be doing?

strange that noone from Lock are answering here, but about the change to revolution/cake they have time to answer all questions ?????


i also tried to talk with shane today about another matter and got ignored aswell

seems like they dont want to do business or help people

Shane hasn't responded to my last 4 emails about my WU that has gone missing either. Yet he posted in one of my threads during this time so at least we know he is still alive. Just dodging emails.

I'm not trying to personally blame Shane for not helping me. I think that he probably forwarded my email to the appropriate person in the cashier dept, but he can't force them to do their job and contact me. I just mentioned him because he was the last person from Lock to email me and specifically told me to follow up with him.

I do think that my best hope of getting my money is that Rizen or Shane mention my situation to someone with enough juice to compel the cashier to address my problem. Until that happens, I'm not going anywhere.


I have now been waiting 65 days to hear from Lock. What more can I do?

good to know i should never play on the new 'revolution' network. cake has always been kinda scummy but at least their support was decent. lock's support sounds pretty brutal.

March 11th from Elle at Support
"I am having our Cashier Manager locate your check and credit your account if necessary."


March 21st from Quinn at Support
"I will follow up with our Cashier manager in regards to your check and have them get back to you ASAP."



April 10th from Quinn at Support
"I will ask our Cashier Manager look into this for you right away and get back to you."


Now, support doesn't even respond to my emails. What else can I do?

hunt him down, always bump this thread, Lock and especially Shane has very poor customer relation skillz

he is defiently always very busy defending hisself

its a shame that such a room gets players

Sorry to hear about your difficulties.
It is just mind blowing to me that no one from Lock feels the need to take care of this. This is obviously a pivotal time for the growth of the company. Yet, for some reason, rather than addressing their egregious error, they continue to ignore me, letting the problem fester.

There is probably more people reading this sub-forum than ever before. How much potential rake is Lock willing to loose from new customers like the previous posters? Time to make things right. Not only is it the right thing to do, it's just good business.

most funny thing is , Shane has time to defend Lock in other threads...but here he never shows up ... Shaun where are you ?? are you not running a honest and reliable Poker Room ?

are you not feeling responsible if someone post here and needs help instead of beeing a jerk and flaming around ????

i point him to this threads but he doesnt care so much, would be nice letting other affiliates know, how Shane is handling things with Players

If you like you can post there aswell and ask him there directly ... why he doesnt want to pay you
