Is there anything you all would like to see here?? I have A LOT more flexibility with a sponsored forum than I did before. I'm already trying to think of some fun ideas for things I can do, but if anyone has any ideas for things they would like to see please let me know.

I feel like a sticky FAQ would be really nice. I'm tired of answering the same questions about "US player can't sign up" and "Where did all my money go? Hax! Oh wait it's in vault..."

The #1 and only issue I have with locks software is the lobby game filter. Say I only want to play $100nl I cannot filter just for those tables, the same with $100 plo or $50nl etc

Agreed, a min/max filter instead of low/medium/high would be awesome.

The filter doesn't work well at all.

How do you search for players?

Can you add notes about a player without them being seated and playing at a table? It would also be good to be able to see your notes on a player while they are registered for a sng...but you can only view your notes while you are seated at the table with the player.

The vault is pretty seriously flawed. If I take money out of the vault, the current balance in the vault does not adjust. It might say I have 10k in there but I know I have less that that. When I try and take out the 10k, it says I don't have enough funds. Clearly it knows what the correct number is but it does not display that properly.

There are updated filters coming in a major software upgrade. I'm not sure how far off it is right now. I definitely understand that better filters is probably the #1 thing that needs to be updated, along with auto rebuys for tournament players and the ability to turn the popups off.

As far as the vault goes, it usually works just fine for me. What browser/OS are you using?

Okay, I will pass that along to the technical team. I know most of the developers are Apple guys, so a lot of times they optimize/test on Safari and Mozilla based (ie Firefox) browsers.

Also along with the good filter idea, a satellite ticket converter aswell would be nice. For player who earn higher up tickets but dont have the bankroll to play the higher events, a ticket converter is a good idea.

I took the lock software off of one of my computers and now and getting an error reply when I try and download it again. The error is an "NSIS error" that says the installer integrity check has failed and to contact the installer's author. Is there a reason for this??? I have never seen this error before. I also found this explanation online - "The installer has failed a self-check. This means that for some actions, the installer file has been altered from its original form. If the install were to continue, the software install would not be complete and will be broken. To prevent further problems, the installer refused to continue." Advice???

It would be awesome to play 5 cards omaha.

I love the join all waiting lists at a single limit function for cash games, but when there is an empty table it simply creates a waiting list and doesn't actually seat anyone at the table (until someone manually sits). Any chance this could be looked at? This will allow a significant amount more table creation.

If you have notes on a player open & close the table you were playing that player at it closes the notes. This is very tilting, especially if you haven't saved the notes yet. I'd like to be able to keep notes on a certain player in 1 spot without the software moving or closing them when a game ends.

Having an official Lock announcements thread (stickied) would be cool. Like if there was some new change in the VIP program or some promotion running.

What really would help, was to see, how many and at which tables someone plays. this should introduced into the note-box. this would be really awesome.

-I think the notes system could be improved in a fashion similar to stars, namely with the color coding, and the ability to read your notes from the lobby. This helps a great deal with table selection.

-Slower pace for the super turbos (but I'm sure you've heard plenty of this already).

-A rake chase or some kind of volume-based incentive would be great.

-I don't know if this is something that can be fixed easily, but the lobby reloads at a very slow pace (at least on my crummy laptop).

-Better options for RB players to convert VIP points.

I realize a couple of these things are regarding the software all across the merge network and not just Lock, so I apologize if they are areas you have relatively little sway in.

There are a lot of SNG's that do not write the buyin amount into the hh. This causes HEM not to record the buyin info. So far, I've found that anything that has _______ room in it does not register a buyin. I imagine this is very annoying to a SNG grinder.

Can you please have support change this, it would be nice to have these "rooms" have a buyin in the title - so like "Cape Hunting Dog Room $2 SNG" instead of just Cape Hunting Room.
