Kind of funny the OP title is when you were pissed and annoyed and now your happy but it still applies to your feelings

Shocked and amazed at the speed of response and that all concerns were actually addressed and didn't get some form letter. Was a very heartfelt response. I've been in sales a very long time and am a very good read when it comes to people and weather they care or are pretending to care. i was going to quote a section of Jennifer's response but she requested I keep details between us. I assure you it was genuine. And have no problem admitting I was wrong about Lock. I clearly had just cause to feel the way I did I think you would agree but can sleep well now knowing I was not a victim of any intentional scam and Lock is just going through very large changes. Hang in there guys. I still am a reg on merge but may go back to lock in near future when issues are fixed.

So because Larson happened to get back to you before Shane did, that is supposed to be a commentary on Shane's abilities in general? Maybe he was up working all night and decided to take a nap. Maybe he was playing with his kids. He's not at your beck and call. I'm sure he sets aside time daily, or multiple times a day, to pour through emails and 2+2.

I would wager that Jennifer Larson is busier than Shane. I accomplished what I wanted to but I assure you Shane had nothing to do with it. Shane still has yet to even open my email which I sent him 2 minutes after he requested me to send it YESTERDAY. So unless he is narcoleptic or had a heart attack then yes, Shane's abilities clearly do not impress me. Good luck all

Lock's past two checks have BOUNCED. 6,000 dollars worth of phony checks from fraudulent accounts. In my opinion, this is the most dangerous thing for a poker site's reputation. Really? Bouncing checks when ur supposed to be a legit company?

Support has been invisible, they should have jumped on this before they answer anyone whining about a rematch button or some stupid software glitch.

I liked lock, and i want them to succeed really. If they help this out i will go on every thread and say that it was a mix up and they stepped up and cleaned up the situation.

Sorry I go on multiple threads, but I am going to continue to do it until they resolve it.

Actually I dont have kids, if I wasnt sleeping then I was answering emails/skype/2+2 threads, just as I have been every day since the move to Revolution. In fact most days every waking minute was at my computer, its been really fun but at least the worst of it is over and we seem to be turning the corner with all the problems.

I do apologise for not getting to everyones individual messages it really has been pot luck for a lot of the time, your message has to be at the top of the tree whenever Im logged into whichever system you contact me through.

With the problems starting to slow down and an Eric sighting Im hoping we can return service to normal very shortly with a fresh batch of support staff being trained to come online in a few weeks time sure will help.
