Having an office in Cyprus does not mean they bank there. Costa Rican companies hold most funds outside that country.
Skrill payouts were being reported today. Much work needs to be done to fix the current backlog but this is definitely a positive trend.
Chris, I'm curious about the source for this:

Angry players from the TwoPlusTwo.com posting forum have attacked Lock pros in recent days, even telling one that his baby should have been stillborn.
This is what Matt Stout said about it in his 2+2 post:

People all over 2p2 are talking about how we, the pros, are scum for being associated with Lock and must have no no moral or ethical standards. That is far from the truth, to say the least. People I don't know have been attacking me on my own personal Facebook wall. People went after Melanie Weisner in her marketplace thread. Someone actually told another Lock Pro that his baby should have been a stillborn because he's still with the company, which is probably the worst thing I've ever heard a poker player say in all my years (and that says a lot). Questioning us via Twitter, messaging us on Facebook/email, or asking for answers on the forums is completely understandable, but the personal attacks on the pros are getting out of hand.
It's unclear from his post whether this comment was made on 2+2, Facebook, or somewhere else. But the article about Volpe & Moorman is very clear that it happened on 2+2, and one could even infer from the wording that it could have been more than one poster. If this was the case, we'd want to deal with it; I've searched the forums for anything involving a Lock pro and the word stillborn, but can find nothing before Matt's post. It could be that it has been deleted, in which case I guess my job is done. But if I missed it, I'd like to know. And if there's no evidence that it was posted on 2+2, but was merely inferred from Matt Stout's post that it was, then I think it would be responsible journalism for G911 to edit that article to reflect that.
