Here is the error I got and I am still not able to connect.

"An error occurred retrieving the product manifest file please try again later."

What happens to my FT? Do you use ICM?

Now when trying to reconnect it says it updating installation.
Fails at connection and says to check my internet connection. My download speed is showing 15mbs so no issues on my end.

I received feedback from a group of people who experience connectivity issues last night across the Merge network. We still had over 9,000 people online at the time, so it was just impacting a select group of people. We let Merge know about it and are working on finding out the cause now. I will update if I hear more.

Did you ever ask support about it? In the instance of a Merge network issue problem they have an official payout policy:

In this instance my understanding is it was an isolated issue somewhere on the internet between our servers and select players. I'm relatively certain the tournaments were completed and anyone disconnected was handled via the disconnection policy since it was a really small group of people, but i'm not sure if there was anything done after the fact for the small group of people that were impacted by this.

I will look the disconnection policy over.
