I dont even know where to start but I also am having the same problem as everyone else. I originally tried logging in by using my screen name instead of my email address and by the time I slowed down and actually paid attention to what it was asking me for I was already 10 tries in so I am assuming it locked me out

so I messaged back explaining
now its showing me error code 212 and asking me to contact support when I try to log in.
Can you please do reset my password and send it to me or something.
I had my log in info on auto saved and im not sure what it is anymore
I hope to hear from you soon and this doesnt take days to resolve

I wait about 12 hours and then I sent out an email
Ok I am still getting error 212 when I try to log in and then when I try to reset the password its telling me that I am inputing the wrong information. I know when my birthday and what my zipcode is so obviously I am inputting the right information.
What do I do now?

Hi,
I recommend un-installing the Poker Client completely and reinstalling.
Please follow the instructions below to successfully un-install the Mac Client:
1. Click the Finder icon on the dock to bring up the Finder Menu Bar.
2. Holding down Option, click Go on the Menu Bar and click Library
3. Go to the Application Support folder and find the Lock Poker folder.
4. Drag the Lock Poker folder to the Trash
5. Go to the Application folder and double click Lock Poker
Then try and reinstall the Mac Client using this link,

Make sure you continue to click Next until the Application loads, as the following programs need to download as well, MSXML3 and Flash

so I instantly try what he recommended and nothing works so again I sent an email
I actually have uninstalled and reinstalled lock poker for the 5th time now and still no luck. I am not a mac user so uninstalling and re installing if a fairly easy process for me
I think i know what some of the problem might be. I always had my password saved on auto log in so when I downloaded the new lock I tried to guess my password so many times that eventually it locked me out.
Now everytime I try logging in I get error 212 it keeps telling me that my account is erracountlocked.....the part I can not figure out is why when I try to reset the password its telling me that I entered the wrong information when I know I put the right birthday and zip code
Please see if there is a way for you to reset everything on your end cause im pretty sure the problem is I locked myself out of my account due to security reasons due to my multiple attempts to figure out the password

So as you can see I have been recommending the same thing from minute one till right now (RESET MY ACCOUNT!!!!)
I am getting beyond frustrated right now. I see everyone with the same problem and we are all telling you the same thing which is we attempted 2 many passwords and stop trying to update your software or try whatever else crazy idea that comes 2 your mind and just take a minute to read what we are saying and just RESET our account so it can take us off the account locked status that we are under right now.
I really hope we get some sort of compensation for this because I am beyond frustrated. At this point if this doesnt get resolved very soon then the only reason I want to be able to log in my account is to be able to withdraw my funds.
