all tournaments were paused about 15 mins ago and are being cancelled now. I'm just giving a timeline and what's going on, not saying that's how tournaments will be refunded.

I finally got that credit card issue handled today. Was all happy until I got on saw there was $300 missing out of my account. Emailed support no answer yet. Said I'll play for awhile and got the error. Come on LOCK what the hell is going on?

This is true, IMO, as a former IT guy for several software companies. A network like this needs better than 99.9999999% uptime, and failure to achieve this is a failure of the Network team in terms of design. Any robust network has redundancy/fail safe measures to ensure that total systemic failure is the rarest of rare problems (like Godzilla smashing a data center or something like that).
Someone's dropping the ball big time in the NOC (Network Operating Center), if there even is one.
This particular problem seems SSL (secure socket layer) related (can't have a secure session if the encrypting server and client aren't on the same page) so it might be out of their hands, but I kinda doubt it....

I'm on, changed my time to UTC-1 1:11am. Means I had to go two hours back. Fix should be easy Shane. Network guy messed up your server time.

i turned my clock by two hours and was able to load it. looks like some tournaments i was in are no longer running and my account wasn't credited the buy-ins back. the 7:15 $33 is paused but i didn't play a hand and my stack has been blinded off almost 600 chips.

Just wanted to confirm this is a network wide issue, Ive been in contact with the network team and they are working on fixing this problem as we speak.

There is no further update at this minute, as they give me information I will pass it along.
