Because of the playthru requirement it is not accurate to think of the casino bonuses as a true 20%. However, if you discount the time involved and play a casino game that is -0.5% for the 40x then you are looking at 18% or so which is fairly close.

That also assumes lock pays the correct amount for the casino bonus.

It's only for VIP players at the 'white' level or higher.
