its a cake / juicy / intertops promo (other skins also Idk?) but lock has always run there own promos.

Lock definitely aren't running this promotion, an error was just made by the network team when they were uploading a network promo earlier today. It was spotted fairly quickly and removed from all Lock lobbies.

so what about the double VIP points promotion that was suppose to start on the 13th, was that an error to? hope not...

It said double FPP points not VIP points, FPP points = frequent player points which is part of the cake / intertops / juicy etc etc promo's.
