Was playing heads up with seat 8 for a few minutes before a third player shows up. This third player proceeded to sit out/sit in in such a way that seat 8 was always the button. This has been an obvious problem with Lock software for quite some time (it often occurs in heads up due to a player sitting out, that one player is out of position for ALL streets of the hand), but this is the first time that I've seen it actively exploited. Should this be reported, or am I being paranoid?

Yes, this seems very hard to prove; which is why I haven't reported it to Lock yet. However, it is clearly a bug that Lock needs to address.

Why not just submit it to Lock as a bug and include your hand history. Perhaps they would take the initiative and check out the possible cheating themselves (lol sure they will).

why is it hard to prove? hand history clearly shows you acting first on the flop every time if these are in order. this gradula guy could just be messing with you of course without the other guys consent but if there is a history of these two doing this it proves cheating and you should get some sort of refund.

Plenty of "odd" behaviours recently on Lock. All hard to prove but it's there. It's so easy to manipulate cash games if there is so few that certain people pick sites like Lock on purpose.

I had enough cash games trashed in June to give it a break for now. Of course there is this magic number of players that are apparently donking off their rolls cause they can't get the money off (so it's said) but I seen plents of weird stuff in the last months.
