Does it cost money to use the vault?

Today I removed all I had on my vault and for some reason the vault was left with a negative balance of -$0.01, so I transferred back $1.01 and the vault now has $0.99.

So I get charged 1c every time I use the vault?

Re: Does it cost money to use the vault?

There are like weird rounding errors resulting in like 1 cent differences

But while we're complaining about minor things, Shane, how come if I deposit with be debit card, your guys processor charges extra without saying it will.

If I deposit $100, like $102 will hit my bank account.

There is no mention of fees on the deposit screen.

I think the processor does this to fly under the banking radar, so there aren't a whole lotta whole dollar amounts

But it costs me money, even if it's only a few dollars

I can send you a complete audit over the past 3 months if you want

If you could send that over I can look into it.

Im familiar with the concept of random charges, but thats generally just the first purchase and is just to identify the charge for verification purposes. Its also usually cents and not dollars.

Email me the audit and your nickname and I can look into it.

Just to clarify, I was not complaining about anything. I was just asking.

Also, I want to add to what you are saying. I too was charged a few bucks more when I deposited and I was told I was going to get reimbursed, I sent the screenshots with my online banking statements but I never got compensated.
