I recently played in the 200 dollar free roll, 1999 players, i finished 12th which was suppose to be paid $2.20 ($2.20 Satellite). my account was not credited, e-mail customer support but no reply.

I won a $200 freeroll not too long ago and it came with the $33 satellite ticket, which appears to be virtually useless to me. I have not found a $33 satty on the site yet.. but maybe I'm blind and someone can direct me here. (I'm on Carbon skin fwiw)

If you look in tournaments - all or sit n go - all there are $33 entry games. It might work on one of them.
