hey i just tried to make a deposit and was declined for some reason and then looked at my bank statement and the amount was taken from the site but no money in my lock account. has this problem happened to anybody? i already emailed support and shane

Sometimes the banks will pre-authorize but no funds will actually be taken out. Of course if nothing happens and it hard posts to your bank account you should dispute with your bank.

I have personally had no issues. While it is obvious some people are having issues I do not think the entire system is having issues. There is a chance a payment processor is being taken down, but I think there are kinks Lock is trying to work out. Time will tell. These next 2-3 weeks are critical for Lock.
