Yea this is the final straw for me. If I'm not reimbursed what is rightfully mine. Ill just go back to merge. Not that lock probably cares, but whatever.

I have had some success after contacting Rizen about my LOCK150 bonus from merge. They finally activated it a few days back but, with no retro payment. I have been in contact through email with support and they have been responding quickly, only since I've contacted Rizen though.

They did agree to release the bonus money retroactively but first, they calculated the wrong amount and shipped it to my Vault. They have since admitted they made a mistake and that the correct amount IS credited to my Vault. It is not. Once it is though all will be taken care of.

cliffs:
1. Contact Rizen about old bonus
2. Open dialog with support about retro payment

Cliffs 1 and 2 have been ongoing, still no payments..

No response, No payments for me. Sent 3 emails in 72 hours and I have heard nothing.

Same, I'm not expecting since it's the weekend. I'll start sending them again on Monday.

I have received all retro payments on my bonus carried over from merge... It can be done

No, do not close thread. Others have deposit bonus issues too. Use this thread for general deposit bonus problems and discussion. Far more efficient than starting a new thread for every single person who has a problem...especially if many are having the same problem.

Is there a time limit on the 1st deposit bonus? Does it expire?

You can make multiple max CC deposits then contact support and they will apply the bonus to the total.


You can use the code till the end of July, you have 3 months to clear the bonus from when you deposit.
