I have had some success after contacting Rizen about my LOCK150 bonus from merge. They finally activated it a few days back but, with no retro payment. I have been in contact through email with support and they have been responding quickly, only since I've contacted Rizen though.
They did agree to release the bonus money retroactively but first, they calculated the wrong amount and shipped it to my Vault. They have since admitted they made a mistake and that the correct amount IS credited to my Vault. It is not. Once it is though all will be taken care of.
